Pros:

Le personnel est très agréable. Le choix du petit dej est top. La chambre a un bon rapport qualité prix, propre. Endroit calme.

Cons:

Nous aurions préféré une douche à la place de la baignoire.

Personnel très agréable et disponible. L'emplacement de l'hôtel est idéal, tout proche de la gare Montparnasse.
Les chambres ont été refaites, la literie est très bien. Rien à redire

Seul bémol de mon séjour : payé en espèces à mon arrivée en même temps que la taxe de séjour, l’enregistrement du petit déjeuner n’a pas été prise en compte. (Réceptionniste indélicat ???) heureusement la personne contrôlant la prise des petits déjeuner m’en a tout de même donné l’accès.

Cons:

L’étroitesse de la cabine de l’ascenseur.

Cons:

Beaucoup de bruit.
Manque total d'insonorisation (bruit des personnes dans l'escalier, bruit de l'ascenseur, des portes, des personnes faisant le ménage...)
2 Alarmes incendie à 3:30 et 4:00 du matin avec évacuation de tout l'hôtel !

Save yourself the hassle, and book elsewhere!
Pros:

I’d avoid and book elsewhere, had a room booked for 9 months then was cancelled due to an apparent issue with my card.

I contacted my bank after making Hotels.com aware that the hotel were threatening to just cancel my booking, the bank confirmed there was no issue with my card. But the hotel insisted there was and cancelled my booking, leaving my travel plans uncertain.

The worst thing is they didn’t seem to care about me as a future guest at all, which makes me think they realized they sold the room too cheaply and wanted to re-let it for a higher price. Particularly as I booked their Prestige room.

If you’re looking for a professionally run hotel that values customers and honours it’s bookings, then I would definitely look elsewhere.

AVOID, AVOID, AVOID!!!!!
