Little Gem
Pros:

Elena goes above and beyond with everything, she is a credit to the company. Best apartmentos, spotless clean,very comfortable and the bottle of wine on arrival is a great touch. Would highly recommend these apartments .

Cons:

I miss having a receptionist on site but the cleaning ladies are allways on hand to assist with any issues.

Pros:

Świetny apartament, czysty, pieknie urządzony. Dyskretna obsługa. Dobra lokalizacja wszędzie blisko do sklepów , knajpę, autobusów. Świetna strefa do odpoczynku z ciepłym basenem . Szczerze polecam . Jak wrócę na Lanzarote ( mam nadzieję )to tylko La Tegala.

Loved staying here and will happily stay again.
Pros:

I really like the self catering stays in this location. You can do your thing and put a bit back into the community. This is the second time I've stayed in a apartment complex like this and throughly enjoyed it.

Everything you need is here, I had a room with. two single beds, I would have preferred a double but hey ho. There was a well presented bathroom with towels and enough loo roll for my stay. A studio style combined living room mini kitchen with everything you need need. I TV with enough channels to watch plus streaming services if you have them (i.e. log in to your own account) with a reasonable WiFi. There was a pull out bed here too should you need it which wasn't the most comfortable to sit on. At the kitchen there was a small breakfast bar with two stools which was big enough to sit your laptop on and a few other items. This looked out on to a balcony with 3 chairs and a table with a half roof and sun shade. Also Aircon unit in this room. Everything was newish looking and modern design.
A cleaner came in regularly enough, changing towels and what not and having a general clean up.
Also of note, there is a free safe in the apartment. I didn't feel that there was a need for this, however it puts your mind to rest should you have something valuable with you. Its surprising how many DON'T offer this.
All this is within a gated community. I think there was 12 apartments in the complex.

Absolut empfehlenswert! Wir waren Anfang Januar für knapp zwei Wochen dort und waren rundum zufrieden! Da wir an manchen Tagen arbeiten mussten, hatten wir vor der Reise ein Appartment mit großem Tisch angefragt. Zu Beginn bekamen wir eins ohne großen Tisch, konnten dann aber einen Tag später direkt in ein Apartment mit großem Tisch wechseln. Das Arbeiten hat super geklappt, die Internetverbindung war bis auf eine kleine Ausnahme sehr stabil. Vor allem die Reinigungskraft Elena war sehr sympathisch. Sie ist all unseren Wünschen nachgekommen und hat sich an unsere Arbeitszeiten angepasst. Die Lage ist top, man ist in fünf Minuten am Strand und an der Avenida.
Alles ist sehr sauber und gepflegt.

Osoblje jako pristupno kao i cijeli narod tamo.
Lokacija savršena sve je bilo jako blizu,plaža dućani,Restorani ..
Čistoća apartmana,svako malo mijenjaju ručnike .
Sve u svemu izuzetno !!!
