Alcuni servizi poco curati. Ho scoperto al check out che gli ombrelloni fossero a pagamento senza mai ricevere alcun tipo di info sul prezzo e sul numero di giorni richiesti .Oltretutto al check out ne avevano calcolato uno in più e dato per assodato l'intera settimana di uso. Il primo giorno il bagnino ci aveva detto che solo quelli nelle prime file avevano un sovraprezzo rispetto a quanto prenotato. Avendo la formula b&b nessuno ci ha mai spiegato come funzionava il ristorante per la cena o il pranzo al check in e la prima sera ci hanno rimbalzato dicendo che bisognava prenotare anche essendo clienti dell' hotel.
Servizio in spiaggia praticamente inesistente. Lettini e ombrelloni neanche puliti o risistemati tra un giorno e l'altro. Presenza di formiche nella stanza anche se le signore delle pulizie facevano un lavoro certosino.

We loved our stay here; it was incredibly relaxing. The room was spacious, featuring a large king-size bed and a great-sized bathroom with excellent shower pressure. We also enjoyed a nice private balcony area. The pizzeria at the neighbouring campsite was fantastic, and we dined there several nights. The little shop nearby was well-stocked, allowing us to pick up a few items to enjoy on our balcony. Breakfast was delicious, and the staff were friendly.
One night, we opted for the prepaid dinner, which required us to order our meals the day before. While the meal was good, we felt rushed by the staff; the food arrived too quickly, making us feel pressured to finish and leave. Additionally, we were required to wear swimming caps in the pool, which was a bit unusual since it was the only place in Italy where we encountered this. Nonetheless, we ended up spending most of our time on the beach.
Being rushed with our evening meal, having to wear a swimming cap in the pool. And the pool was closed at lunchtime when we wanted to be by the pool.
Clean sandy beach with plenty of cots at a reasonable cost. Room was comfortable with a nice balcony. Bar and restaurant prices were reasonable.
Bathing caps were mandatory at the pool which seems to be common at this price point in Puglia.
All facilities were great! We were in hotel room. Swimming pool, access to sun beads, parking, restaurant and beach bar was very nice. All you need for vacation is in place, even small market with all you need.
Only one small missing thing is lack of vegetables (salads, etc.) during breakfast. Only sweet fruits were available.

Great restyled rooms (be sure you take one of these!) with veeeeery comfortable bed, extremely clean and refreshed every day, great welcome prosecco in the beach bar. Nice huge pool, a lot of shadow around the hotel. Very friendly staff. Nice market with all you need at the back of the hotel with good prices.
There is no kettle in the room. Breakfast is not bad (cheese, ham, bacon and eggs,croissant, cakes, milk, fruits, marmolade) but there is only tomato as vegetable and the same set every day ;)
