Hotel con buenas instalaciones, pero servicio regular.

La ubicación es excelente. Muy limpio y la habitación estuvo muy bonita.

Cons:

Dejé mis medicamentos que tomo diariamente para la hipertensión dentro de una bolsa plástica en la habitación. Pero cuando regresé ya no estaban ahí. Y cuando pregunté en Recepción del hotel, no me dieron razón. Esos medicamentos son muy importantes para mi salud. Probablemente la persona que hizo la limpieza de la habitación botó a la basura por error. Pero eso no significa que no sean responsables.

Хотела е с перфектна локация. Всички забележителности са от 10-30 мин. пешеходно.
Чисто, уютно,учтив персонал . Препоръчвам.

Pros:

El hotel está bien ubicado. A dos pasos de sol y de gran vía.
Es correcto. Pero no se condice la calidad con el precio.
Pague por una noche la suma de 205 euros por una habitación pequeña, que no tenía ninguna ameniti ( agua de cortesía, café o té o siquiera un calentador de agua) .
El personal amable y correcto el desayuno.
Por el precio de este alojamiento te quedas en otro de mayor categoría ( antes estuve en Catalonia gran vía que pague lo mismo y claramente era superior)

Excelente opção na área central
Pros:

Excelente localização, muito próximo a praça do Sol, acesso muito fácil ao metrô. Confortável e muito limpo. Próxima ida a Madri, com certeza voltarei a me hospedar. Ótima relação custo/benefício.

Cons:

Único detalhe a melhorar é o ar condicionado. Como pegamos período de início da primavera, alguns dias mais quentes, o ar condicionado poderia ter sido melhor.

Posizione , pulizia camera

Cons:

La stanza dava sull’interno del palazzo e più precisamente la vista era su una scala antincendio.
Stanza piccola poco luminosa con vista un po’ opprimente . Però il rapporto qualità prezzo è buono la posizione pure. Io ho soggiornato una notte perché andavo alla Movistar Arena

The hotel is walking distance to all the main spots in la Gran Via. Excellent buffet breakfast!!

Esta super bien ubicado. Es.limpio. tranquilo. Es mi 3 vez. Ami me encanta..y nos toco el piso 6 con terraza y buena vista.

Cons:

Tiene todo lo necesario. Me gustaria qe tuviera una cafetera :)

Muy buena ubicación.

Cons:

Desde que cambió de manos la gerenciacion, bajó mucho la calidad del desayuno. Ganó en tener un restaurante y aumentó desmedidamente el precio de la noche. Deberían reveer su comercialización y lo que ofrecen. No sé si en próxima visita repito alojarme en este hotel.

Quarto espaçoso e cama confortáveis. Excelente localização, muito próximo à Gran Via e aos principais pontos turísticos de Madrid. Café da manhã excelente!
