Otelin her yerinde tadilat yapıldığı için her yer inşaat kalıntıları,toz ve kirliydi. Kahvaltı için tercih ettiğimiz bu otel tadilat olmasından kaynaklı otele gidince bilgilendirme yapmış ve bu sebeple sadece 5€ oda için indirim yapılmıştır. Gelmeden önce bilgilendirme yapılması tadilat olduğunu iletmeleri gerekirken giriş esnasında tüm olumsuzlukları iletmişler ve mağduriyet yaşatmışlardır. Temizlik konusunda fazlasıyla eksikleri bulunan bir işletme.

Pros:

Posizione ottima. Portiere diurno (14/22) molto disponibile e ospitale.

Cons:

La struttura è in ristrutturazione ma ciò non è stato detto in fase d acquisto. Il ristorante era chiuso e non era disponibile la colazione.

Pros:

Staff cordialissimo,parlano bene italiano e disponibili a dare tutte le informazioni sulla città,colozione buona,posizione a 10 min a piedi dalla piazza centrale.

Cons:

la camera non è insonorizzata,attualmente stanno facendo dei lavori di ristrutturazione in molte camere e durante il giorno un po' rumoroso.

Amazingly helpful staff
Pros:

I’ve stayed here a couple times and I always feel very comfortable. The staff is very kind and even when I left my coat at the hotel they helped me send it in a cab to the airport immediately. The location is great and a perfect peaceful stay for visitors.

Gute Lage - beim nächsten Mal würde ich etwas anderes buchen
Pros:

Die Lage war sehr gut, das Zentrum mit all den Sehenswürdigkeiten ist zu Fuß in 5-7 Minuten erreichbar.

An einem Morgen konnte ich aufgrund einer Tour das Frühstück nicht einnehmen und habe auf Nachfrage ein Lunchpaket von dem Hotel bekommen

Cons:

- das frühstück darf man nicht in dem schönen Bereich (mit den Blumen auf dem Fotos) einnehmen, sondern man muss im hinteren Teil essen. Darauf wird man beim Nachfragen auch ausdrücklich hingewiesen. In dem vorderen, schöneren Teil dürfen nur Tagesgäste platz nehmen. Hier wird einem das Gefühl vermittelt, dass man als Hotel Gast nicht willkommen ist.
- Das WLAN ist leider sehr schlecht und reicht bis in einige Zimmer nicht. Beim drauf hinweisen bieten die Mitarbeiter ein komplett anderes (vielleicht privates) WLAN Netz an.
- Die meisten Zimmer sind nicht so wie auf den Fotos
- Der Bitte nach einem Zimmerwechsel aufgrund des schlechten WLAN wurde nicht nachgegangen.
- Kartenzahlung funktionierte nicht, obwohl die Karte am Geldautomat und an anderen Lokalitäten einwandfrei funktionierte.
- die Mitarbeiter waren zwar hilfsbereit, es wurde aber immer nur nach der schnellsten Lösung gesucht
