Excellent service and exceptional food .
Pros:

Greeted with a warm welcome on arrival .
Food was outstanding lovely evening meal and excellent service, even the owner stopped several times for a chat and to see everything was ok.
Breakfast again was excellent and again great service, rooms very comfortable and spacious, would definitely stay again if in the area .

Cons:

Only a slight thing , we had 3 guests staying in the room and only 2 bottles of water , a bottle each would have been lovely .
A hand rail on the wall would have been great to step out of the bath as it was a bit slippery, ok for young people but when a bit older it’s not as easy , just something to think about .

Lovely friendly, comfortable and clean hotel with lovely staff and a fabulous restsurant for an evening meal
Pros:

Such a lovely hotel with fabulous staff and great value, situated on the edge of Bunratty. The servicing of the room was just excellent - so clean and tidy and well stocked room. Of special note is the exceptional restaurant - superb food which was so well presented and very tasty - we all had a brilliant evening meal there

Cons:

Nothing - it was a lovely hotel and I would not hesitate to recommend it.

Lovely property, great staff, lovely breakfast and bar
Pros:

Lovely property in Bunratty, close to the castle. Room was spacious and well-equipped. The reception, restaurant and bar staff were all very friendly and helpful. Lots of choices for breakfast and we enjoyed our evenings in the bar. Close by is Durty Nelly's pub (nice atmosphere and good food), plus Illaunmanagh Parkrun and Shannon Airport are a short drive away.

Cons:

Nothing, would happily stay here again

The hospitality we received was exceptional. All staff members were attentive to our needs. The amenities are exceptional. There is a lovely bar with a welcoming atmosphere and a terrific restaurant - it is wonderful to have everything so convenient. Location is very convenient to local attractions and Shannon airport.

Pros:

The welcoming staff. Nothing was a bother even though they were busy when we arrived. The food was delicious. It was a home from home. Very comforatble.

Gorgeous room, Beautifully Furnished!
Pros:

We only stayed for one night, and I wish we could have stayed longer! The room was GORGEOUS! This was one of the most comfortable hotel beds I’ve ever slept in. And the bathroom was ENORMOUS! We had a deluxe room. We added the breakfast due to our need to get an early start to the day. Other restaurants don’t start offering breakfast until 9:30 or 10. The breakfast was good and convenient. The staff was lovely and very friendly!
