Excellent hotel
Pros:

This is an excellent hotel: friendly, welcoming, well-positioned, warm.
Everything works and everything is clean.
I thoroughly recommend it and I stay there regularly.

All the staff were lovely and friendly

Cons:

A suggestion rather than complaint, we were staying due to a family member in hospital so the menu got a bit repetitive over time, if there was a different special on at nice it would have made a nice change

Good food, superb staff, travelling alone I felt very safe.
Pros:

Staff were exceptionally helpful, friendly and efficient.

Cons:

Mattress was a bit “lumpy” , could have been a wee bit more comfortable, however it didn’t stop me from getting a good nights sleep.

Awesome!
Pros:

The staff was most helpful from the front desk to the dining room and bar. Nice and quiet! Parking was convenient.

Cons:

Lighting in our room was a little dim, maybe suggest putting some higher watt bulbs in. Also, the room was a little cool.

Pros:

Beautiful old world hotel. Very clean, fresh clean linen, comfortable bed and delicious hot breakfast. It had everything we needed. The lift to the higher floors was great. Would definitely stay there again. Great value for your money.

Location was important and you had plenty of parking. Quiet area so have ability to have window open
