Pros:

visibly clean, nice and helpful reception staff, close to the beach, close to bus stops, fair price, Functional AC (possible to control inside the room, no " central building AC" as other comments said), no issues with internet connection - speed 100MB/S, balcony, dark curtains so no light would wake us up in the morning, strong water pressure in the shower

Cons:

noise from the ariport during days where planes were landing from the north. Loud sound every 2 minutes even with completely closed windows, could not sleep. During days when they were landing from south - no problem. (probably depends on winds or similar)

weird "moldy" smell inside the room (like when you forget to take the laundry out of the washing machine) despite the room being really very clean, it was not possible to air it out

no fridge inside the room

Buona posizione rispetto al mare e ai locali ; fermata autobus vicina per collegare il centro di Palma, la costa e l'aeroporto. Personale gentile e accogliente.

Hotel sencillo pero muy cómodo
Pros:

Hotel muy bien ubicado, muy cerca de la playa pero sin bares ruidosos al lado. El hotel es muy sencillo, limpio, la piscina es pequeña pero bien para refrescarse. El aire acondicionsdo funciona muy bien y no es ruidoso. El personal es súper amable y servicial.

Cons:

No hay toallero al lado del lavamanos. Lo demás bien todo.

Sehr nettes Personal, aber wir würden es nicht wieder buchen.
Pros:

Das Personal ist wirklich sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit!! :-) Es wird sogar sehr gut Deutsch gesprochen, was wir absolut nicht erwarten oder verlangen.

Cons:

Leider fiel in unserem Appartment schon viel auseinander. Im Badezimmer sind Kleinteile und Verkleidungen bei Gebrauch abgefallen. Wir hatten viele Ameisen im Zimmer (4. Stock.). Die Küche und vor allem der Küchenschrank mit dem Mülleimer waren extrem verkeimt.
Das Zimmer ist sehr hellhörig.
Die Umgebung ist tagsüber ok und relativ sicher. Nachts warten diverse Männer auf Betrunkene und beklauen und bedrohen sie. Haben wir leider selbst gesehen.
Wir haben in Arenal schon günstiger und "schöner" übernachtet.

Pros:

Proche de plage , terrasse dans la chambre. Personnel très accueillant

Cons:

Non accessible de l aéroport à pied malgré la courte distance. Vétusté du mobilier dans la chambre. Doute sur hygiène des couvertures.

Location: right next to the Aquarium, which is convenient. Suitable for a one-night stay at most, or for solo travellers looking for basic accommodation.

Cons:

Very basic hostel-style accommodation and not good value for money. The rooms are very basic and lack the comfort and quality you would expect for the price. The staff could also do more to improve the guest experience, for example, they should be able to organise breakfast rather than simply directing guests to a coffee shop on the beachfront.

Excelente, bem localizado, funcionários atenciosos.
Pros:

Boa localização, tudo limpo e organizado. O pessoal da recepção foram atenciosos e simpáticos. Vale o custo benefício.

Cons:

Acho que deveria ter um frigobar no quarto. Estava muito calor e mesmo comprando água gelada não tínhamos onde armazenar.

Podobała mi się otwartość personelu. Bardzo mili. Bardzo dobry kontakt przez Whatsapp. Był problem z płatnością przez booking ale bardzo sprawnie uzyskaliśmy pomoc.Bardzo blisko do plaży nad morzem. Wokół dużo sklepów, restauracji i kawiarni. Nad morzem można zjeść pyszne śniadanie w Cafe Brunch przy plaży. Lokalizacja świetna, łatwy dojazd do centrum Palmy autobusem. Bardzo blisko 4 minuty drogi do pięknego Oceanarium w Palmie. Pokój ma balkon. Na dole patio z małym basenem dla dzieci. No i pyszna kawa serwowana przez personel. Świetny pobyt na kilka dni.

Cons:

Pokoiki dość małe na dłuższy pobyt.
