Wonderful stay
Pros:

I originally booked just a few days here, but I ended up extending my stay because I simply didn't want to leave. I had such a relaxing and enjoyable holiday. The staff were genuinely friendly, welcoming and always happy to help, which made a real difference. The food was delicious, with plenty of choice every day, and the whole hotel was spotless. I also loved the new snack bar, open from 12 pm until 6 pm, serving ice cream, snacks and drinks throughout the afternoon. It was such a nice addition and really handy between meals. There was lovely background music playing during the day, creating a really relaxed atmosphere without being too loud. The beach is only a short walk away, which was another big plus for me. A big thank you to everyone who made my stay so enjoyable. I left with wonderful memories and I'll definitely be coming back. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a relaxing holiday.

Pros:

Както винаги чистотата в хотела, ресторанта, басейна. Храната на ниво и в изобилие. Добро отношение от целия персонал, усмихнати и ведри. Хората, които работиха и миналата година ни помниха и тази и се радваха много че се виждаме отново.

Cons:

Проблема с климатичната система в стаята и охлаждането. Чилър системата просто не работеше особено в нашата стая. Миналата година го спирахме, защото правеше студено за 15 минути в А5-5, тази година не го спирахме 4 часа, за да се охладим 15 минути в А 5-6.Дойде един от портиерите установи, че не работи. След като 2 пъти индикирах на рецепцията На другата сутрин дойде и подръжката на хотела потвърдиха, че не работи и ще сменят кондензатор. След това спрях да се занимавам. Но не е окей. Отстранете това недоразумение. Догодина пак сме там, може би още тази в края на сезона.

Cons:

Храната беше под всякаква критика- ориз,картофи, пресолена кайма на кюфтета, имитиращи продукти на масло мед, сирене. Полуфабрикати основно и то безвкусни. Не бих повторила. Стаите с обзавеждане от 2016г и нищо не е обновяване.

Ein sehr gutes All inklusive Hotel mit sehr gutem Essen und Getränke Angebot. Das Personal so wie das Management ist sehr höflich und zuvorkommend. Ein Parkplatz ist direkt am Hotel gegen Gebühr buchbar .Der Strand ist einige Meter vom Hotel gut zu Fuß erreichbar.

However, the food in the restaurant was very poorly prepared. We have stayed here before, and on that occasion the quality of the food was noticeably better, so this was a big disappointment. On one of the days, they served questionable kyufte with a strange odor, which made it impossible to eat. Just looking at it was enough to take away your appetite. Other dishes we tried were also far below the expected standard, either overcooked or lacking in flavor. It gave the impression that little care or effort was put into the preparation. Unfortunately, after eating at the restaurant, all of us experienced diarrhea and severe stomach pain, which further confirmed that the food was not safe or properly handled.

In addition to the disappointing food, the condition of the facilities was also not up to standard. There was mold in the bathroom, which is both unpleasant and unhealthy. The cleaning could have been more thorough, and overall maintenance seems to have been neglected compared to our previous visits. The towels were not changed throughout our entire stay, and the trash bins were never emptied. The housekeeper also did not ask if we needed anything, which left us feeling neglected and uncomfortable.

We also experienced issues with the cleaning staff. On one occasion, the housekeeper on the second floor said she could not be bothered with us when she came between two and four in the afternoon, even though my family was resting at that time. I had a similar situation where she started banging on the door while I was lying down, despite the fact that I suffer from arrhythmia. Such behavior felt very inconsiderate and unprofessional, adding unnecessary stress to our stay.

Overall, these issues left us with a negative impression, even though the hotel has the potential to provide a much better experience if more attention were given to food quality, hygiene, and respectful service.
