Спа центъра е много зле , нищо няма безплатно, има само една малка сауна за 20€ за 20 мин. Абсурдно. Басейна външния е преселен, няма места, вземат хавлиите на гостите и няма никаква организация за туристите. Храната е много , но второ качество, не съм доволен

Din tot doar marea, in rest nu mia placut absolut nimic, doar bani aruncați aiurea cand mai bine puteam merge in tara mea nu la bulgari unde pe străzi am crezut ca sunt in India asa de mizerie a fost. In primul rand am platit 1200 de euro pentru o săptămână si am platit pe boking iar bani nu iti primesti inapoi( ALL INCLUSIV) MANCAREA NU TE POTI ATINGE DE EA , ESTE GROAZNICA DE REA DOAR PORCI O POATE MANCA, MICUL DE JUN PRANZUL SI CINA ACEASI MANCARE DOAR LA MIC DE JUN AI OUA. A TREBUIT SA MANANC DOAR ROSI CASTRAVETI BRANZA, 2 MESE PE ZI LA ALTE RESTAURANTE DE PE LANGA MARE UNDE LA FEL DOAR CEAFA CU CARTOFI AM MANCAT O SĂPTĂMÂNĂ INTREAGA CA AM INCERCAT DIN PRIMA ZI PESTE SI AM FACUT INFECȚIE ALIMENTARĂ. Si mare grija ca daca mergeți cu taxiul de la hotel la mare e 3.50euro iar taximetristul încearcă sa te fraiereasca iti cere 10 euro.

First time trying an all inclusive and this hotel made sure it s the last.

They keep your passport until checkout and won’t let you check in unless you comply. Jesus!

The food is very bad. Everything is of the lowest possible quality, but you can find something to survive on. One lunch is also taken away because of the check-in/check-out hours, so you have to pay for it again.

The parking attendant blocked our wheels because we didn’t pay upon arrival, as he wasn’t there. Even after we paid, he insisted on leaving them blocked until we took the car out. Jesus… very abusive practices. Imagine if we had had an emergency with our toddler.

They insist that you must wear the bracelet, but I couldn’t sleep with it because it’s not removable. They mocked me because I couldn’t comply with the herd rules.

Mâncarea.nu prea aveam ce sa dau la fata mea de 6 ani de mâncare. Mă așteptam la vreo 2 grătare mai bine decât mâncarea aia condimentată.
