Excelente ubicación. Muy buen desayuno. Personal muy amable siempre!! Muy limpio!!

Nos tocó una habitación muy angosta. Había poco espacio entre la cama y la cortina y del otro lado también

la ubicacion y su terraza en la parte alta y la cafeteria del loby

Cons:

la llegada es problematica porque no hay donde estacionarse, tienes que preguntar si llegas en auto, donde te tienes que ir a estacionar para poder llegar, yo lo hice y todo me funciono muy bien

Trato impersonal no a la altura de Meliá de lujo. No disponibilidad de buffet

La ubicación, limpieza y decoración

Cons:

-El trato a la llegada, impersonal; nos informaron que no habria sitio para desayunar en el bufet y que llamásemos a las 7am generando ya malestar y sensación de no descanso (no lo habíamos cogido con antelación porque yo llegaba de una operación y no sabía cómo estaría); elegimos Meliá frente a otros por la Marca, ubicación y desayuno; comentar que yo salía de una operación quirúrgica bastante débil y no mostraron una atención especial.
-La habitación era interior
-A la mañana siguiente abrieron la habitación 3 veces sobre las 9-10am desde el personal de limpieza mientras yo descansaba cuando no debían de hacerlo ya que dejábamos la habitación a las 12.00
