Reservations from guests under 16 years old who stay alone in our units are not accepted, even with authorization from their legal guardian.
Adults accompanied by minors must present authorization signed by the minor's legal guardian, if they are not the father or mother.
Groups in which the participants are minors, the person responsible for the group must sign a declaration, under oath, guaranteeing that they have authorization from the legal guardians of all minors in the group to stay in our unit.
It is not mandatory to have adults in the rooms, but minors cannot book rooms/dorms without a private bathroom.

Buffed desayuno muy bueno. Zona muy cerca del centro, pero tranquila. Aparcamientos gratuitos muy cercanos al hotel. El personal de recepción habla muchos idiomas. Servicio de restaurante incluso en la habitación.
Sewer odor in bathroom. Notice “no alcoholic beverages allowed in room. No eating or drinking in room”. Sure thing! No glasses in room but desk clerk lent us 2.

There were no hidden drawbacks, and in terms of value for money, it would be hard to find anything better.
The staff are incredibly friendly, and any issues are resolved on the spot.

She was always genuinely helpful and smiling, assisting us with any questions or requests that fell within her scope.
The location is good, perfect for both evening strolls and beach days. The nearest beach is 700 meters away, and there is another one a bit further on, both are very pleasant.
There is free public parking right across from the hotel, and there was always space available.
The accommodation does not include a refrigerator, we were aware of this at the time of booking, so I have no complaints in that regard.
However, I would suggest that the hotel consider adding a minibar to the rooms, complete with a small fridge and a selection of drinks, as this would provide both additional revenue for the hotel and greater comfort for guests.

The rooms are similar to a hostile. I wouldn’t bring a family here. No parking what so ever in the neighborhood. I had to park it illegally overnight hopping I won’t get a ticket.
