Pros:

Room was spacious..with good comfy bed. Nice pool view. Friendly staff, near the main bus stop and center.

Cons:

Bathroom was really designed with wrong logic. Extremelv small shower place that water comes out while takina shower. Toilet seat was iust in front of window, you need to close the heavy window everytime and the open for ventilation. The pool is just for viewing purpose.. very deep, not for norma swimming (i think jt is tradition in napels area) Breakfast was basic.

Clean, helpful staff great location. Facilities need improving and modernizing.

Location and parking were great. The staff were polite and helpful with recommendations for local restaurants.

Cons:

The shower in our room was incredibly small. I don’t know how anyone taller than 1.70m could possibly have a shower in the cubicle.

Super tolles Hotel
Pros:

Sehr schöne Lage und man erreicht alles zu Fuß. Super kostenloser Parkplatz, sehr freundlich und gutes Frühstück. Wir waren früher da und durften den Pool schon benutzen.

Cons:

Leider machte der Pool um 18 uhr zu.

A estadia foi estragada pelo descaso do hotel.

Cons:

Fiquei numa acomodação sem o ar condicionado funcionando, banheiro sem a janela, móveis velhos. Feito a reclamação com a gerencia em relação ao funcionamento do ar condicionado. Deram a resposta de sinto muito, nao pode fazer nada. Descaso total, falta de respeito ao hospede. Booking tentou intermediar, também sem sulucao. Fica uma alerta para quem for hospedar esse hotel.

Pros:

The property is very centrally located in the village & has parking & a pool. The staff were welcoming.

Cons:

I stayed on the 3rd floor, the acoustics were terrible, I could hear noice from above me, below me & from both sides. Floors are tiled, constantly hearing doors open/close, movement & plumbing sounds. Why not serve fresh juice ? there are oranges falling off the trees, made breakfast disappointing.

Good but improvements could be made in terms of cleaness & pool availability.
Pros:

We liked the location of the hotel - close to Sorrento & Positano.

Cons:

The pool was available from 9am to 6:30 pm. This was not communicated during the booking process & the pictures on booking.com showed the pool at night time which was misleading.
It was disappointing not to be able to use the pool.
