Cons:

We had an unpleasant interaction with a member of the reception team during our visit.
My partner was asked to put on his top, as we had not realised there was a requirement to do so. We immediately apologised. Rather than simply explaining the requirement, the member of staff responded in a rude and abrupt manner, saying, “You should have seen the sign in the lift telling you.”

We completely understand that rules and dress requirements need to be followed, and we had no issue complying when it was pointed out to us. However, we felt the way this was communicated was unnecessarily rude and made us feel uncomfortable.

Fantastiskt läge och god mat, men stelt hanterat vid utcheckning
Pros:

Vi bokade 8 nätter med helpension på Hotel Kaktus Albir. Hotellet har ett helt fantastiskt läge precis vid den vackra strandpromenaden, med direkt närhet till ett bra utbud av restauranger och butiker. Området är väldigt lugnt med lite biltrafik, vilket vi uppskattade enormt. Vi hade ett stort och rymligt rum med en härlig balkong och en underbar havsutsikt. Maten på hotellet var vi mycket nöjda med. Buffén höll en bra standard och maten var både god, vällagad och varierande under hela vår vistelse.

Cons:

Det som drar ner helhetsbetyget mest är hotellets stela policy kring just måltiderna. Eftersom vi checkade in kl. 15.30 på ankomstdagen hade lunchserveringen redan stängt, vilket gjorde att vi helt missade vår första lunch. På avresedagen skulle vår buss hämta oss kl. 14.00. Trots att vi påtalade att vi bara hade ätit 7 luncher totalt under våra 8 nätter (och därmed hade en lunch ”till godo”), tvingade hotellet oss att betala 38 euro extra för att få äta lunch efter utcheckningen kl. 12.00.

Bueno, él hotel pará mí gusto algo antiguo, pero podría valer.
La piscina escasa y pará nada acogedora, pero mí mala reseña sin duda va hacia él buffet.Si éste restaurante tipo buffet va enfocado a uno de su categoría deja mucho que desear, sí fuera por mi lo bajaría en calidad a uno de dos.La comida escasa, poca variedad, sabor pésimo, inclusive cosas en los comidas enmascaradas con otros sabores restos de otros servicios.La famosa plancha sín función, sí entras 10 minutos después de abrir te quedas sín nada, además él responsable no está pará evitar tener que ensuciarla.
Vi cómo la responsable llamaba la atención a otro compañero por usarlas bajó petición de un cliente, vergonzoso.
En resumen lamentable el servicio,no volvería a comer allí NUNCA, pero pará gustos... sí quieres pizza y mas pizza recalentada,restos de lo que parece carné hecha hace horas y pastas resecas con una salsa difícil de explicar es tú buffete.
