Please note that the property hosts music events and live bands perform on Friday nights from 20:00 onward. On Tuesday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday and bank holiday Sunday nights, there is an in-house night club until 02:00. Some rooms may be affected by noise.

Please be aware that all guests will be held liable to extra charges arising from damage caused by smoking or any other incidents that might happen throughout your stay. Guests are also liable for an additional charge should there be excessive noise after midnight resulting in the disturbance of other guests. Lovely stay
Pros:

Ciara the receptionist did absolutely everything to help us I had issues walking and she got us a room that suited very 😊 thankful.so professional.

WIR WURDEN IM VORHINEIN AUFGEFORDERT per email in einem LINK noch einmal alle Kreditkartendetails aller Gäste(4 Zimmer) anzugeben - das habe ich strikt abgelehnt- Angeblich gab es ein neues Zahlungssystem!?- Bei der BEZAHLUNG VOR ORT. hatte eine Transaktion angeblich nicht funktioniert = wir mussten sie wiederholen = NUN IST EIN ZIMMER DOPPELT BEZAHLT und man sagt es wurden beide Zahlungen refundiert- WIR HABEN KEINE REFUNDIERUNG UND DISKUTIEREN NUN SEIT 2 WOCHEN , weil wir UNSER ZUVIEL BEZAHLTES GELD NICHT ZURÜCK BEKOMMEN - Reklamation ü booking ist ebenso unmöglicher support

Pros:

A short walk to the center of town with plenty of on-site parking. Walk in to utter elegance and a check-in staff that will knock your socks off. A large sitting area to the right and a smaller on to the left next to the BAR!. Dinner and breakfast was comparable to other nicer places. Our room was spotless, but due to an upgrade (50th anniv) it was over-the-top. Just WOW! Thank you all for such an incredible experience. This place is well worth a stay.

Zentrale Lage in Kilkenny
Pros:

Unterkunft ist sehr zentral gelegen. Die Zimmer sind sehr gross und es gibt bequeme Betten.

Cons:

Die Sauberkeit könnte deutlich besser sein - Zimmer und im restlichen Hotelbereich. Wir hatten eine grosse Garten-Suite. Es war wegen anderen Hotelgästen sehr laut und man hat gefühlt jedes Wort des Nachbars verstanden.
