Pros:

Overall, an amazing all-inclusive stay! The food and location were top-notch, and the general atmosphere was great. My only suggestions for improvement are to check the plumbing in the bathrooms (there was an odor coming from the toilet pipe) and to consider repainting the exterior buildings annually to keep them looking fresh and modern rather than weathered. Highly recommended despite these small points!

Cons:

a fresh coat of paint—perhaps inspired by the vibrant, classic Greek island aesthetic—would instantly brighten up the buildings and make the resort feel fresh and modern.

Se puede mejorar.
Pros:

El personal muy amable y los apartamentos amplios y cómodos.

Cons:

Bajábamos a las 10 a las piscinas y ya estaban todas las tumbonas reservadas y en toda la mañana no venían a utilizarlas.Alguien del personal debería estar pendiente de que no pasase esto.
Por otro lado,hay bastantes gatos que hacen sus necesidades en el césped donde hay hamacas y la gente va descalza, también se debería tener en cuenta esto.

El buffet y el personal de animación fue excelente.

Cons:

Las habitaciones están muy deterioradas, hay moho en las paredes. Llenas de telarañas y las camas muy incómodas. El servicio de limpieza debería ser mejor.

​Lo mejor (Instalaciones y personal): El parque acuático es genial. Los socorristas son muy educados y están súper atentos a cualquier suceso. Además, agradecemos que nos dejaran utilizar las instalaciones desde nuestra llegada temprana. El desayuno y la comida buffet estuvieron bastante bien.

Cons:

​Gestión de habitaciones y limpieza: Nos entregaron la habitación en la hora límite (las 17:00 h) porque supuestamente no tenían el "ok" de limpieza. Lo increíble es que por la noche, al intentar poner un tope en una pata de la cama para que no cojeara, miré debajo y había un palmo de suciedad acumulada de hace bastante tiempo. Si tardan en entregar la habitación, al menos que la limpieza sea profunda.

​El buffet de la cena: Fuimos con pensión completa y la cena nos pareció "comida chatarra". Aunque entiendo que el perfil de cliente internacional (como el británico) sea feliz con hamburguesas, nuggets y pizzas a todas horas, considero que falta muchísima variedad por la noche. Además, es una lástima ver la cantidad de comida que se desperdicia y va directamente a la basura.

​En resumen: un hotel ideal por sus piscinas y animación, pero que cojea bastante en mantenimiento, limpieza de habitaciones y en la calidad de las cenas
