I liked the staff it was very welcoming and responsive. The room was very comfortable. The location was very nice and with a perfect beach view. And the food was fresh and appetizing.

The hotel is situated near by the see and the view from the room was incredible.

The location of the property is quite good.
The lady at reception welcomed us very well and tried her best to assist but she couldn’t do much.
I made a reservation via Booking.com but for some reason the credit card left as guarantee was not working. At this point I wrote to the hotel to ask if everything is ok with the reservation. The hotel confirmed me that they will keep the reservation and that they were expecting for us.
When we arrived for the check in , surprisingly the receptionist tells us that there is no reservation kept due to the credit card not working and no guarantee taken while it was confirmed that despite this fact the reservation was still available. Furthermore the hotel was fully booked. This was such a disappointment for us considering the fact that we were invited to a wedding and we were rushing to get ready.
The receptionist tried her best by apologizing several times and tried to organize an out of service room. Since we had no time and other choice we accepted but the room had technical issues therefore we decided to leave after a while.
Even though we didn’t receive an invoice, we still paid 50% of the price for using an out of service room.
I still would give credit to the receptionist lady for trying her best to assist us but being a hotelier myself I must say that this is a total unprofessional service. I had the opportunity to return back home but imagine it a guest arrived from another country and faced a such situation.
As a professional to a professional, I would highly recommend to treat more seriously Booking.com reservations because the international image of a disappointed guest is clearly very important for the reputation of the hotel .
I hope this will serve for good will to improve the service for the future.
