Une petite ambiance « usine » liée à la taille de l’hôtel, mais aussi à cette partie de la région qui est en situation d
Pros:

L’hôtel est très propre et les prestations sont standards. Le personnel est très serviable. Le petit déjeuner est très copieux et varié.
Les chambres sont de taille satisfaisantes.
L’emplacement est très pratique pour effectuer les croisières sur le fjord

Cons:

Attention, les chambres avec vue sur la montagne donnent en fait sur une arrière-cour.
Le stationnement est payant, il faut aller sur un parking public à côté de l’hôtel. Les clients de l’hôtel bénéficient de tarifs préférentiels mais cela reste un coût imprévu.
Pas de télé, ni de frigo dans les chambres.

Pros:

It’s quite far from a four star by American standards and I guess I was expecting it to be a little closer to that. The beds were very soft and sagged in. There was no phone if you needed to call the front desk. I was very happy though about the ability to easily get Netflix.

Cons:

I think they need to replace their beds.

Pros:

The location was great. Other than that there is nothing I could approve of the hotel. Its rating is highly inflated.

Cons:

The bed in the room was very small in size and uncomfortable. The mattress needs an urgent upgrade. The bathroom was not adequate. In particular it was quite easy to slip in the tub

Fantastic location, beautiful view, good food.
Pros:

Location and view to the harbor is amazing. There was a lot of variety at breakfast. We also had drinks in the afternoon and the bartenders were super friendly. The staff overall were lovely. We had to book two different reservations and unfortunately had to switch rooms in the middle of the stay, they were very accommodating in ensuring that our second room was ready immediately so we didn't have any delays between rooms.

Localização e gastronomia

Cons:

Cheguei ao hotel pela rota panorâmica. Avistei o logo do hotel e o estacionamento e estacionei. No entanto do estacionamento não há nenhuma indicação da entrada/recepcao e fiquei rodando com duas malas grandes até que um hospede me ajudou a chegar à entrada. Sugiro que seja colocada uma placa indicativa de recepção para quem chega pelo estacionamento

Cons:

Super expensive for a very aged hotel. Peeling paint, old fashioned hair dryers, tiny scratchy towels etc. Would be ok for an A$300 hotel, not the A$850pn I paid!
