The room view was amazing, perfect location, very beautiful hotel
The dinner price was a bit much
The location was within steps of the Flam Railway Train in Flam.
Nothing.
All was excellent with the hotel staff; they were very polite and helpful. However, I do not think the hotel offers value for the price paid. There were socks in the wardrobe, probably left from previous guests. The lobby is not equipped with the necessary drinks, and I do not think an open buffet is a great option for evenings. Unfortunately, if I ever travel to Flam again, I would stay at another hotel that offers a la carte dining and seems to have more modern rooms and service.
The breakfast was great. The location was central.
Cost of the buffet dinner was very pricey, but we could have eaten elsewhere so that was on us.
Great location and breakfast.
Location, next to the train station, and nice view
The only point to note is that there was an unpleasant smell in the corridor on the way to the room, which affected the first impression.
