Comfy stay in a high end hotel that met all our needs
Pros:

The breakfast was perfect, all food in the hotel in general was splendid. The hotel is calm, clean, staff and guests were super friendly. Bonus points : the available massages were amazing.

Cons:

For this price and standing, we would have appreciated free water fountains (tap water isn't drinkable in Mallorca and the hotel only provided 1L a day per room)

Exceptional breakfast and a lovely feel to the hotel. Perfect location in Cala and very good service.

Cons:

My only feedback from improvement is to have coffee in the room. Only tea bags provided.

Pros:

Stylish classical charm with an old fashioned feel in a good way, well maintained and comfortable, very clean with a nice pool. Good base to explore the north of the island, quiet and relaxing.

Cons:

Only slight but no coffee or milk was provided in the room, we had to ask and it was happily given but in the end we just bought a small jar of instant

Best and quiet spot to stay in Mallorca
Pros:

The property was amazing. In the center of the town, in walking distance to restaurants and to the beach. The facility itself was quiet and very well maintained. The best was the pool area were you can relax and the staff who’s there to make your stay the best possible.

A truly lovely hotel.
Pros:

We stayed for three nights at this lovely hotel. It was really peaceful and relaxing, like a luxury little retreat. Breakfasts were delicious with lovely friendly staff. The pool area is very beautiful and a lovely place to swim, read and relax. The location is perfect, close enough to the beach for an easy walk but offers a quiet escape. Thank you. We would love to come back.

Pros:

The hotel is very comfortable overall. Although it is not the cheapest option, it offers good facilities. The pool is terrific, the breakfast excellent. Our room did not have the most wonderful view, but since we stayed only two nights we did not ask to change it. The beaches, which are wonderful "cale", are very close and not very busy, even in August. All in all, a quiet, luxurious place.
