This hotel feels like a combination of a frail care facility and a kindergarten. Everywhere you look there are strict rules telling you what you can and can’t do—keep your phone on silent, use the bathroom only at certain times, and even the swimming pool has a curfew.

The staff and management seem to be competing to see who can be the rudest and most unhelpful. Their apparent customer service strategy is simply to ignore guests until they give up and go away. If you actually want to use the swimming pool, you almost get the impression you’re causing an inconvenience. The pool exists, but it feels as though they’d rather nobody used it.

To make matters worse, almost everything has to be paid for in cash, which is both inconvenient and outdated. The waiters were consistently unfriendly and gave the impression that serving guests was a burden.

Unless you’re looking for a holiday that resembles life in a retirement home with strict rules, I would strongly recommend avoiding this hotel. The only people who might enjoy it are those preparing for their final week of retirement before moving into frail care.

Numerous items disappeared out of our room including holiday memoires purchased as well as equipment out of the room which made it feel like we were being ambushed.

A gem of a hotel, with the staff being the jewel in the crown!
Pros:

The garden and pool area is lovely and gets the sun all day.
Bar area very accessible from the pool. Couldn’t wish for anymore from the breakfast spread and the lunch menu more than delivers. Our room was spacious, cool and laid out well. The hotel is modern but retains a traditional feel, exactly what we were looking for.
The staff were all incredible, customer service could not be faulted.

Fabulous, tradional Spanish but modern hotel
Pros:

The hotel is tradional and beautiful. I loved my bedroom and bathroom and the large balcony. Staff are amazing. Also highly recommend booking a massage with Christina.

Glimrende hotell for de som ønsker lun luksus i rolige og behagelige omgivelser.
Pros:

Det er en veldig god atmosfære på hotellet med svært hyggelig personale. Selve hotellet er som en oase midt blandt annen bebyggelse, med herlige bassengfasiliteter i flotte omgivelser.

Cons:

Det aller meste var veldig, veldig bra. I og med at hotellet er attraktivt for voksne / eldre kunne det vært en fordel å ikke måtte gå opp i et badekar for å dusje.

My third stay, and counting..
Pros:

Mi favorite hotel at the area. Quiet and charmy, with staff dedicated to making your stay an incredible memory. The poll and the garden are amazing, they provide you with an frre ice cream shot twice a day while you are having a rest by the pool. The rooms are extra large size, confortable and elegant, with original Mallorcan furniture. Generous breakfast , they make a cooked part under order, so no dried-our eggs from sitting at the buffet for hours...Realy advisable, I will be back soon
