Hotel O7 ALONDRA

La experiencia en general no ha sido muy buena ya que al llegar a la habitación había un olor muy intenso y desagradable a cloaca (procedente de las tuberías del baño). Añadido a esto, el aire acondicionado no funcionaba, y cuando consiguieron arreglarlo solo funcionaba en su potencia más baja. Aún así y tras pedir si era posible el cambio de habitación, fuimos ignoradas y tuvimos que aguantar una estancia de 5 días con ese terrible olor y pasando calor por las noches… Si os toca la habitación 401, suerte.

La pulizia sia nella camera (in cui i sanitari mai puliti a regola d’arte e le lenzuola mai cambiate) che nei piatti per fare colazione quasi inesistente. Per quanto riguarda la colazione, in un hotel 3 stelle mi aspettavo di più, specialmente i succhi di frutta avevano un sapore finto ed erano acquosi e i dispenser per la confettura, la cioccolata e per il miele bocciati, il sapore non era male ma in un hotel a 3 stelle mi aspetto un altro tipo di servizio.

migliorerei sicuramente la colazione a buffet, gli alimenti presenti non erano di qualità e la frutta era immangiabile. Inoltre l'assenza di un frigobar in camera ha creato qualche disagio

213 номер не берите! крайний в конце коридора рядом с подсобкой где хранятся тележки для уборки, круглосуточный шум, слышны разговоры, удары в стену, дверь хлопает от сквозняка, покоя не было с утра до вечера, переселять отказались, поэтому отдых был испорчен, да еще тек бачок в туалете сверху и на улице напротив шумный бар. когда я заселилась, еще были свободные номера, но мне сказали что все занято и переселять некуда, такое отношение перечеркнуло все плюсы отеля, больше не приеду туда, из 7 дней пять дней были мигрени изза постоянного шума

Nezabezpečená wifi. Žádné osušky k lehátkům u bazénu. Peřina bez povlečení, pouze s prostěradly. Úklid mohl být důkladnější - neotřený stůl a umyvadlo v koupelně. Nefunkční trezor.

The room had a slightly strange drain smell

The indoor pool was dark and looked unwelcoming and eerie

The gym is NOT a gym. The equipment didn’t work. Reception were unable to answer questions about the gym equipment and there is little point in having a gym! It would be better to hire a yoga or Pilates teacher and offer sessions in the morning …. and/ or a water aerobics instructor for pool sessions. The gym is useless !!!!

Oprócz wymiany ręczników i ścielenia łóżka niestety nie było codziennie sprzątane w pokoju.

It was particularly disappointing not being able to iron my clothes during my stay there (I stayed for 5 nights). When I asked the receptionists if I could have an iron, I was told that there was only one and that it was given to someone else and to come back a couple of hours late. Of course, when I came back, the person that borrowed the iron never returned it. I asked three times but the staff at the reception didn't know which room the iron was in and didn't seem to care to find a solution. So it was disappointing and embarrassing having to go around 5 days with wrinkled clothes. How can a hotel with over 300 rooms only have 1 iron?? Additionally, it would have been nice to have a mini fridge in the room to store water given the heat.

Das Beistellbett war so hart da es nur so ein 0815 zustellhocker war.
Ich hatte täglich starke Rückenschmerzen. Auf meine Bitte um eine Lösung hat sich keiner bemüht mir zu helfen.
Das Zimmer wurde nie geputzt keine neuen Handtücher ausreichend für 3 Leute nur für 2 und auch nicht alle Handtücher

Das essen war sehr oft kalt und hat somit nicht geschmeckt. Das essen war erst ab 19:00 Uhr das ist viel zu spät da hat man als erwachsener schon Probleme mit dem Hunger aber mit Kind ist das ein Höllen Urlaub da diese zu lange mit Hunger laufen oder man extra einkaufen geht oder essen damit diese keinen Hunger haben man dann aber wiederum nicht abendessen geht da man keinen Hunger dann hat
