They advertise that they have aircon but the aircon does almost nothing. When I asked about it at the front desk they were very unhelpful and said it’s meant to be like that. I then had to leave the following day because it was unbearable. I enquired with them about cancelling my booking early in the correct time period that would allow me to get a partial refund. Upon leaving I sent multiple messages, called them, booking.com called them etc. and I never got a response. It was interesting how before I stayed at the property they were responding promptly to me, however as soon as I left and enquired about my refund I was entitled to, they never responded. I think this was appalling service.

Das Badezimmer hat enorm gestunken. Von der Lüftung aussen wurde zusätzlich immer wieder Zigarettenrauch in den Raum reingezogen, wenn ausserhalb des Gebäudes jemand geraucht hat. Die Räume waren enorm hellhörig und nicht gründlich gereinigt.

Det var dessverre en del maur på gulvet i hotellrommet og luktet kloakk av dusjen. Treningsrommet var ikke brukbart og hadde fuktskader.

Sommige wat onvriendelijke medewerkers die niet actie wilde ondernemen toen de airco bij een hittegolf het al 2 dagen had begeven ( mensen hebben toen buiten bij het zwembad geslapen)

I’m giving this hotel 2 stars instead of 1 only because the sea was beautiful. Everything else was a complete nightmare.

First of all, I was given a room without a balcony, even though I specifically booked and paid for a room with a balcony. The room was incredibly noisy, and it was absolutely impossible to sleep.

The next day I was finally moved to a room with a balcony, but then I discovered that the air conditioning didn’t work. With temperatures around +30°C day and night, the room was unbearably hot, and sleeping was impossible. You simply couldn’t breathe.

The staff just kept smiling and promising that everything had been fixed, but in reality they completely ignored guests’ complaints. Every time I asked about the air conditioning, I was told it had been repaired, but nothing changed.

The hairdryer was broken, and there wasn’t even a kettle in the room to make a cup of tea. The staff’s solution? They told me to go down to the dining room, fill a paper cup with hot water, and carry it back to my room! I’ve never experienced anything so ridiculous in a hotel.

I paid for a room with a balcony and air conditioning, but instead I was moved around between rooms and ended up staying in unbearable heat where it was impossible to rest.

The food was acceptable for the first couple of days, but another ridiculous thing was that there were no drinks included with dinner. If you wanted anything to drink, even water, you had to buy it yourself.

En revanche, il y a un gros point négatif : l'absence de réfrigérateur dans la chambre. Avec la chaleur qu'il fait ici, c'est un équipement indispensable. Il est très désagréable de ne pas pouvoir garder de l'eau fraîche ou quelques boissons au frais. Tous les autres hôtels où j'ai séjourné en étaient équipés. C'est, selon moi, un vrai défaut que l'hôtel devrait absolument corriger.

Ab dem 3. Tag unseres Aufenthaltes funktionierte die Klimaanlage nicht mehr. Scheinbar wurden Ventilatoren vom Hotel organisiert, jedoch nicht für alle Besucher. Gewisse haben beim Pool draussen geschlafen, weil die Hitze so unerträglich war.
Es gibt auch keine Kühlschränke in den Zimmern, also war es nicht einmal möglich, kühles Wasser in dieser Hitze zu trinken.

Weiter hat der Abfluss in unserem Zimmer extrem stark gestunken. Wir haben dieses Problem mehrmals an der Rezeption gemeldet, es wurde immer versprochen, dass sie das anschauen werden, jedoch passierte nie etwas (es kam nie jemand aufs Zimmer, wir haben nie eine Rückmeldung erhalten, etc.)

Neben dem fürchterlichen Gestank im Zimmer, wurde unser Zimmer 2x nicht gereinigt (Mülleimer nicht geleert, Betten nicht gemacht, Tücher nicht ausgewechselt). Wir sind jeden Tag früh raus und kamen Abends zurück, es war also absolut möglich, unser Zimmer zu reinigen. Schliesslich bezahlen wir dafür.

Abgesehen von Hernan war das Personal an der Rezeption überhaupt nicht hilfsbereit oder angenehm. Schon am ersten Tag beim Check-In wollte ich ein paar allgemeine Fragen stellen (Parkvorschriften für Autos in Mallorca, Angebote des Hotels, etc.), worauf der Rezeptionist antwortete, dass ich meine Fragen nicht heute sondern morgen stellen soll (seine Gestik zeigte, dass er keine Lust auf Fragen hatte. Hinter uns stand nur eine Person, es war also nicht eine übermässig stressige/unpassende Situation, um als Hotelgast 2-3 Fragen zu stellen). Allgemein fühlten wir uns von dem Personal nicht gut behandelt/ernst genommen.

Wir haben mit einigen anderen Hotelgästen gesprochen und verstanden, dass wir nicht die einzigen mit diesen Problemen sind. Viele haben sich bei der Rezeption beschwert, was dazu geführt hat, dass eine absolute Müdigkeit und Abneigung seitens Personal kam. So weit, dass sie sich über die Direktion des Hotels genervt haben.
