Pros:

Am avut o experiență foarte plăcută la Florence Hotel Apartments. Locația este excelentă, la aproximativ 15 minute de mers pe jos de Nissi Beach și aproape de restaurante, magazine și alte atracții. Hotelul are piscină, iar zona este foarte liniștită, fără zgomot pe timpul nopții, ceea ce oferă un sejur relaxant. De asemenea, ne-am simțit în siguranță pe toată durata vacanței.

Apartamentul este foarte bine dotat, având o bucătărie cu toate facilitățile necesare pentru a găti. Curățenia se face o dată la 3 zile, iar prosoapele sunt schimbate la fiecare curățenie.

Singurul aspect care ar putea fi îmbunătățit este curățenia. Deși se face periodic, consider că aceasta ar putea fi realizată mai atent, în special în anumite zone ale apartamentului.

Per total, recomand această cazare și aș reveni cu plăcere.

For the price, it was on the lower end of decent. I wouldn't recommend it. But its Ayia Napa so...
Pros:

I thought the staff were friendly and professional. They were very helpful and always able to assist me whenever I needed help.

Cons:

There were several things that could have been improved during our stay.

The shower was very small, and because there was no shower curtain, water ended up all over the bathroom floor. The drain also worked very poorly, so you had to shower quickly to prevent the water from overflowing.

The beds were extremely uncomfortable. I woke up every morning with pain in my neck and shoulders.

There was only one air conditioner in the apartment, and it was located in the bedroom. Even when we left the interior doors between the bedroom, living room, and kitchen open to let the cool air circulate, the living room and kitchen never became properly cool and remained uncomfortably warm.

One of the biggest downsides was the noise from the road. All of the rooms are located very close to it, with only a few metres separating the rooms closest to the road from those furthest away, so I would not expect the noise level to vary much depending on which room you stay in. The traffic was significantly louder than what you would typically experience in Sweden or many other European countries, with many cars and motorcycles producing a great deal of noise. Some drivers also played extremely loud music. I'm 19 years old and have good hearing, yet I still found it difficult to have a normal conversation while sitting outside.

The sun beds by the pool were uncomfortable, and many of them were broken. The pool area itself also felt untidy. There were hoses, buckets, empty flower pots, and other items left lying around, which made the area look less welcoming and less well maintained.

Selve værelset var rimeligt.

Det første der mødte mig i lejligheden var en tyk mappe med regler og forbud. I stedet for at føle mig velkommen følte jeg mig overvåget og det dæmpede min lyst til at opholde mig der. Køkkenet var meget sparsomt udstyret.Der var kun en lille gryde og en lille stegepande, hvilket ikke var tilstrækkeligt til at lave mad til to voksne. Skabet i badeværelset var vandskadet og faldt fra hinanden. Den kunne ikke bruges. Der er aircondition på værelset, men den kan kun benyttes mod ekstra gebyr. Da lejligheden ligger ud mod en meget trafikeret vej, burde aircondition være inkluderet i prisen. Der er så meget trafikstøj,at det ikke er muligt at have vinduerne åbne, når det er varmt.

Veoma divan i prijatan boravak. I domaćin je sjajan, gostoprimljiv i uslužan.
Pros:

Veoma čisto, sredjeno i skockano. Osoblje divno i uslužno. Peškiri svaki drugi dan menjani. Lokacijski veoma blizu Nissi plaže.

la clim était payante pour 180 euros 2 nuit c’est inacceptable. On a trouvé 2 énormes cafard et la propriétaire nous a dis que c’etais normal et ne s’est pas excusé. Il y avais un manque considérable de propreté. Le sèche cheveux ne fonctionnais pas et la nuit nous entendions énormément de bruit

Pros:

Really nice hosts. really clean rooms with everything you need with and plenty of space. you get room service as well. It's right next to supermarkets, restaurants, beaches.

Cons:

The only downside is that WiFi is so slow that it's almost unusable. we had to use mobile data but everything else was so nice for the price that I still rate it a 10.

Osoblje je izuzetno ljubazno,izašli su nam u susret ranijem prijavljivanju.Objekat se nalazi na glavnoj ulici i dobar je polozaj za sve atrakcije.

Pros:

Vieta puiki, 5 min iki papludimių, aplink daug restoranų, netoli centras. Jaukus kiemelis, švaru, gaivinantis baseinas.Paprasta ir viskas ko reikia ramioms atostogoms. Maloni ir paslaugi šeimininkė.

Cons:

Naktis gana triukšminga, nes prie kelio.

Поряд з апартаментами безліч продуктових магазинів, кафе та автобусні зупинки. До пляжу близько 10 хв пішки.

Cons:

Номер без сучасного ремонту і меблів але враховуючи ціну, принаймні на початку березня, коли ми відпочивали, в цілому непогано. Сам готель над проїжджою частиною.
