Pros:

More than enough parking, Great Warm welcome upon arrival, hotel and room were clean, room was spacious, staff were all very helpful and friendly, food was really good. Breakfast included was ideal and and a good way to start a long day of travelling. Dog friendly and every staff member loved and welcomed our 2 wee dogs. Ideal location for doing the nc500

Pros:

Very nice location, very friendly staff at the reception. We had a few issues in the room, but the very pleasant receptionist immediately compensated us for the inconvenience.

Good location and nice food but the water was just tepid, not ideal

The Weigh Inn's on the way out!
Pros:

The towels were excellent. The young lady in the restaurant tried to address everyone's needs on her own.

Cons:

The receptionist was rude, unwelcoming and dismissive both at check in and check out!
Rooms were beyond basic (advertised as chalets!) Bed was small, room was hot and onky two lights above the bed. Only one mug provided. Breakfast we arrived at 8.15 to find large number of tables used but not cleared. Most of the breakfast items were either in very short supply or none at all! The young lady tried her best to cope but it was very difficult and her colleague even shouted at her over the hot food receptacles! 20 minute wait for a veggie sausage.

Friendly polite staff , good location. Good evening meals.

Cons:

Chalet style rooms in need of some attention .gaps under outside door .window frame looked like could fall out as cracked and window wouldn't completely close .decor needs upgrading

Had a nice sleep before getting ferry to Orkney, location made it easy to go down to ferry
Pros:

Location was good, but there was a bus party in at the same time who were catching the same ferry, so a slightly different layout might have been better

Cons:

with the large group in, they struggled to keep everything topped up and there was delays and everything was quite close together
