Cons:

Hôtel idéalement situé avec un bon rapport qualité/prix
Pros:

Idéalement situé, seulement à quelques minutes de la place San Marco et autres points d’intérêts. Station de bateau-bus également à proximité. Service de gondole accessible juste en face de l’hôtel et plusieurs restaurants dans la rue et aux alentours. Personnel sympa et propreté générale de l’établissement.

Cons:

La chambre avec vue sur le petit canal est très mal isolée, ce qui fait qu’on entend tout ce qu’il se passe dans la rue et les restaurants au pied de l’hôtel (et cela du matin très tôt au soir très tard). A savoir donc avant de réserver cette chambre. Un autre point d’amélioration est le petit déjeuner, qui est très basique.

Pleasant stay!
Pros:

Hotel is within walking distance from major attractions. Room is clean and comfortable. Breakfast has enough food, fruit, and drinks to choose from. Staff was helpful: operated elevator to transport luggage upstairs and replaced broken electric kettle with a brand new one quickly.

The location was great. Very central, but not noisy neighbourhood. Breakfast was excellent and staff very kind and polite and helpful.

Cons:

Our room was just above the entrance of a restaurant and from very early in the morning was disturbing noises. The room was nice overall, quite small though.

This is a nice small hotel with friendly staff.The location is excellent as it is very near to San Marco square.Our room was in beautiful retro style.Bed was good.Also the room was very clean and very quiet.We have asked for slippers from the reception which they gave us straight away.The breakfast was also good with a variety to choose depending on your preferences.
