Pros:

We had city view with limited beach view from bedroom. The balcony wasn t a good place for a meal. Kitchen was clean. Limited housekeeping and change of towels for a 2 week period. Staff was helpful! Vacation was good!

Extrêmement bien situé, à quelques minutes de marche de la superbe plage, coin tranquille mais tout de même proche des restaurants et bars, sans les décibels ! Supérette en face de l’hôtel au point où on peut s’y rendre en maillot de bain. On y trouve pratiquement tout ce dont on a besoin et à de très bons prix.

The hotel charged more than agreed upon with Expedia at check in. We were advised there was no housekeeping for our 3 day stay. After 1 day we asked for more towels, as we were only given 3. We were told that they do not give towels for 3 day stay, so we had to use 3 towels for 3 people for 3 days. We were taking multiple showers per day because it was so hot. So disappointing. Also, the balcony door was broken causing a loud noise to come through as because it was t sealed properly and the wind was getting in. We had to use a blanket we had brought with us to dull the noise. The room was not clean. There was hair in the corners and vents falling off. Would not stay here again.

Le climatiseur de notre chambre initiale n'était pas fonctionnel et nous avons dû changer de chambre pour une de qualité moindre. Le personnel a été avenant dans la façon de gérer la situation.
Les chambres ont besoin d'un coup de renouveau pour être plus au goût du jour.

As I am gluten intolerant it can be challenging eating out, kitchen equipment is therefore important. The kitchen has very basic equipment. The decor is tired but clean. Very good attitude to sharing facilities with family who live locally. Good sized rooms and easy parking.

Portimao vacation.
Pros:

Had a great stay, awesome location, very close to beach,shops ect. Nice quite street, parking available. Very much worth the price.... street parking impossible.
