Pros:

When we got there were put in a room like a box nofin like what we asked or paid for. We asked for sea view and got a glimpse of the sea mostly mountaintop. After complaining about it put in a slightly bigger room but views still terrible . Will not be staying here again as for disabled person the dining is on the lower floor and no lift to get there. Only stairs.

This hotel is okay. Not great, just okay. While it is on the beach with a pool, the hotel, itself, is not great. The room was pretty basic. No extras like coffee, shampoo, hand lotion. And there is no AC so our 3rd floor room was very warm.
Also, we had booked a superior room with ocean view. We had to request a room change when the first room they assigned us had no ocean view. So, overall, not great.

Pros:

Amazing property, wonderful service. All the staff were so nice and very helpful. We loved every minute of our stay. They went the extra mile from the time we arrived to the time we left. The area is great for surf lessons, e-foiling, kite foiling. We also had perfect weather!!

Great stay, quiet and comfortable
Pros:

We appreciated the decor very much design and natural (wood). High attention to eco sustainability (no plastic, soap dispensers, etc). Good choice at breakfast. Last, the location of the hotel is perfect to enjoy the best and isolated part of El Medano beach and only a 20min walk to the even bigger Playa de la Tejita (must see!)

Hotel tres bien situé, propre et agréable.
Cependant aucune animation n'est proposée, personne pour vous servir au bar et difficultés a trouver une place au restaurant pour le petit-déjeuner, ouvert de 7h30 à 10h

I had deal of trouble finding the hotel because you and Google are using the wrong name! It is not hotel player sir Tenerife it is hotel player surf! It is incorrectly shown on Google maps which caused me a great deal of difficulty. And stress. I am 74 years old and do not need to go through that kind of anguish in the evening in a foreign country.

Sopivan kokoinen, rauhallinen hotelli. Kaikki tarvittava saatavilla. Rauhallinen ja tuuleton, mukava sisäpiha. Hyvät kävely ja pyöräilymahdollisuudet viereisessä luonnonpuistossa.

Renoviertes einfaches Hotel mit tollem Blick und guter Lage. Die Dusche war sehr beengt, aus dem Abfluss roch es stark. Wir waren nur eine Nacht da, länger hätten wir nicht bleiben wollen.
