Gut gelegenes Hotel mit nettem Service in der Nähe der Paestum Tempelanlagen

Das Service Personal ist super freundlich und hilfsbereit. Ich hatte meinen Kindle im Zimmer vergessen und er wurde mir innerhalb kürzester Zeit nach Hause zurück gesendet! MEGA NETT! Die Dame am Empfang sprach sehr gut Deutsch und war immer zuvorkommend, hilfsbereit und freundlich.

Cons:

Man musste im Schwimmingpool eine Badekappe tragen! Das fanden unsere kids so blöd, dass sie gar nicht in den Pool wollten. Leider . Mit einem Ball spielen durfte man auch nicht.

La stanza ampia, I corridoi puliti e con consolles e specchi, il balcone con affaccio sulla piscina, il giardino molto curato, (con 2 alberelli a ciambella) l'animazione (acqua gym e spettacoli serali divertenti), la piscina, il bar della piscina con il barman Raffaele che prepara ottimi cocktails. Anche il mangiare: buffet serale ottimo con assortimento di prodotti tipici e di bufala! Ma anche con cucina asiatica. Piatti alla carta molto curati esteticamente!

Cons:

I cuscini di arredamento in camera e lo svuota tasche di cuoio, le luci fredde in bagno, aria condizionata nei luoghi comuni (temperatura un po' troppo bassa) : troppo freddo nel ristorante.
Ma anche appena si entra nell'hotel.
Sarebbe stato bello poter accedere nella piscina; senza dover necessariamente passare per la reception

Pros:

Pool is nice and clean. Beach is nice, clean, shallow water few meters in, no stones. Rooms are nice and clean. Cleaning stuff very nice.

Cons:

(Pool) caps obligatory; very limited shaded place; deep water almost immediately; bar opens at 15:45 and you’re not allowed to drink your own drinks at the pool (thankfully you can drink your own water); (!!!) closes 12:30-16 which isn’t mentioned anywhere on booking
(Breakfast) 95% are sweet options; one vegetable (tomatoes) available; couple of savory options
(General) no option to buy so much as water in the hotel until 15:45 (only beach bar opened); animation for kids is horrible, members wander off mid mini disco, finish without a word, children were confused
[customer experience] at arrival we were told our reservation didn’t flow down to their system, the only option they offered was an apartment (I later checked the apartment isn’t even available on their website nor on booking)- the apartment was 170m away from hotel in a very old regular apartment building; no light inside stairwell (receptionist had to use phone torch); the apartment was 3 rooms and had only one very old a/c that cooled exactly 2m2 even after a few hours; we went to reception where 3 receptionists fought with us that this is the only option, blaming me for making multiple reservations, only after saying we will file an official complaint, they found us a lower standard room for 1 night; we had to move everything on our own (2+2 small children) 170m and 2 floors and the receptionist asked if she could help only when she saw me crying because my youngest was exhausted and crying and I was carrying bags and luggage; they offered us complementary dinner (which might work as damage control but because of the lower standard room was just the equivalent in difference in price);next day we had to move to another room for 2 days (at least here they moved our things); than they moved us over to a different hotel (they helped move our things after I reminded the receptionist they promised they would

Si mangia molto bene
Buffet sia a colazione che a cena veramente assortito
Lo staff in sala è veramente scrupoloso e preparato
I ragazzi dell animazione sono bravissimi e mai invadenti
Le camere sono spaziose e il bagno è molto grande
In esterno c è una piscina molto grande e l acqua è perfetta
La spiaggia è raggiungibile con un percorso di 3 minuti passeggiando nella pineta oppure c è una navetta elettrica che passa ogni 10 minuti
La spiaggia è attrezzata con ombrelloni e lettini e c è un ristorante che sforna Pizze o piatti di pesce ogni giorno
Quando tornerò da quelle parti ci torneremo sicuramente

Pros:

Struttura ben organizzata e pulita, camera spaziosa (a parte la doccia un po’ piccolina), vicinissima al mare, comoda la navetta per raggiungere la spiaggia anche se raggiungibile a piedi in pochi minuti attraversando la pineta. Cucina ottima al ristorante dell’hotel, buona e ricca colazione a buffet. Buona anche la pizza al ristorante del Lido convenzionato. Bella anche la piscina dove c’è uno spazio verde con scivoli e altalene per i bambini. Parcheggio grande adiacente.
Lo consiglio per una vacanza in totale relax.

Cons:

Unica pecca i letti e i cuscini che erano scomodi (letti troppo duri e cuscini bassi).
Invece il bar della piscina un po’ caro.

Die Entfernung zum Strand, es ist zwar schön durch den Pinienwald zu laufen jedoch gibt es keine Möglichkeit sich die Füsse zu waschen nach dem mann von dem Strand zurück kommt und mann dreckige Füsse vom Pinienwald hat
