It was located around the corner from a major metro system which was a huge plus! And around the corner from the limobus from the airport. The room was stocked with a toothbrush, toothpaste, razors, face wash, pajamas, slippers and a robe. Water stations on every floor, tea and coffee in your room with a kettle. The staff were phenomenal!!! Beautiful property! Worth every cent.

Cons:

Nothing. This hotel was perfect for a solo Japan trip. The room is on the small side, no drawers to store clothes. But it’s perfect for one or at most two people.

Very happy with the overall value we received from this hotel.

The front desk staff were pleasant and helpful. we were a bit cramped with our luggage but that was expected as typical in Shinjuku standards. Very happy with upkeep of the room. Location is at quiet part of Shinjuku but still very close to main part of Shinjuku. This was our first hotel on our trip, coming from Haneda Airport. We used the Airport Limo Bus due to 3 checked in luggage. Two stop options on the limo bus are both short walking distance to the hotel: the hotel Sun Route stop and the Shinjuku Express Bus Terminal stop.

Cons:

Room size - we were cramped a bit with our luggage, but this is expected around this area.

A great place to stay!
Pros:

The staff is wonderful, and the location is really convenient. Shinjuku Station and many department stores are close by, offering plenty of dinner options. The hotel breakfast is reasonably priced and has a good range. The washing/dryer machines worked well and as they are one machine, you don't need to worry about coming back to move the load from one machine to another. Just put the washing on, come back 2 hours later and it's dry.

Cons:

There was a funky smell on level 7 but didn't notice it on 8 or 9.

Otherwise, everything was perfect!
