Exceptional staff in an exceptional location
Pros:

The location to Shinjuku Station was wonderful. Easy access to the rest of the city and in a lively part of the city itself. Room was clean and beds were comfortable. Staff was very helpful with questions and there were many free amenities for guests.

Cons:

The room was slightly smaller than expected, but still able to move around.

Excelente hotel, mesmo pequeno, muito estratégico.
Pros:

Excelente localização, pertissimo do Shinkansen, ponto estratégico para quem quer se locomover para qq lugar do Japão seja de Shinkansen ou trem. Com combines do lado aberto a qq hora.

Cons:

Quartos pequenos, apenas um detalhe para qu estiver com muitas malas grandes. Não tem onsen nem academia.

Proximity to subway was nice, very clean, high end

Cons:

I thought things like airport transfer and gym were included in the stay, they were not. Cost extra and off property. A bit misleading

Pros:

Toll gelegenes Hotel, in dem man sich wohlfühlt. Gern wieder.
Pros:

Das Zimmer war für 3 Personen schon recht eng, dafür war alles sehr sauber und das Bad gut ausgestattet

Cons:

Wir hätten uns über ein Hotel Onsen gefreut ;)

Hôtel confortable bien situé près de la gare de Shinjuku
Pros:

L'hôtel est bien situé à deux pas de la labyrinthique gare de Shinjuku. Tout près de l'arrêt du Limousine bus en arrivant de l'aéroport Haneda. Nombreux restos et magasins dans le quartier. Personnel efficace et agréable parlant anglais. Chambre confortable mais un peu petite pour trois. (attention pour les allergiques : les oreillers sont en plume comme partout au Japon). Nous étions au 16eme étage et avions une vue fabuleuse sur la ville. Le petit-déjeuner était cher mais excellent avec des mets occidentaux et japonais. La salle du petit-déjeuner devient un restaurant le midi et le soir, (très bon).

Climatisation un peu bruyante
