Property was close to station if that's all you need
Pros:

Chose the property for location to the early Fuji Express train reservation we had.

Cons:

The staff were kinda acting weird like we would say snooty in the USA, we did not encounter this on our trip last year with the 7 hotels we stayed in but during this trip, our check in just felt uncomfortable. Property and rooms were updated and clean.

Perfectly adequate nice hotel in good location.
Pros:

Location is terrific - walk to the train station. Very clean. Good breakfast. Nice tub and shower room.

Cons:

Very compact room. Sink drain didn't stay open. Strict about checkout. Slow drying in the guest dryer.

Hervorragend gelegenes Hotel
Pros:

Die Lage war echt toll. Wir waren vom Bahnhof Shinjuku nur ein paar wenige Gehminuten weg und konnten alles leicht erreichen. Egal ob Gyoen Park, Godzilla Head, etc. Wir hatten kein Frühstück gebucht. An einem Tag waren wir aber dennoch da und haben es probiert. Es war äussert lecker und es gab eine äusserst grosse Auswahl! Das nächste mal würden wir das Frühstuck glaube ich mit buchen ;-).

Emplacement : exceptionnel, tout le reste : correct
Pros:

L'emplacement est idéal pour visiter Shinjuku et Tokyo, puisque l'hôtel se trouve juste à côté de la station Shinjuku. De plus, la chambre était propre.

Cons:

Les équipements n'étaient pas de très bonne qualité en général et le drain du bain se bouchait fréquemment. C'était un hôtel adéquat, mais sans plus. Pour le prix, on paye surtout pour l'emplacement que pour le réel confort de la chambre.

Great hotel for those looking to make Shinjuku a base from which to explore Tokyo
Pros:

Staying in Shinjuku means making a choice between a hotel that is great for transport links vs great for nightlife. JR Kyushu is a perfect location if you prioritise transport links, just a few minutes from the JR line platforms at Shinjuku station. More generally, it is clean, modern, and staffed with friendly people.

Cons:

Per night price for our family of 4 adults was materially more than our hotels in Osaka and Kyoto which were also very well located.

Soggiorno perfetto nel cuore di Shinjuku
Pros:

Ho soggiornato al JR Kyushu Hotel Blossom Shinjuku e l’esperienza è stata semplicemente eccellente. La posizione è perfetta: a pochi minuti a piedi dalla stazione di Shinjuku, comodissima per muoversi in tutta Tokyo.

Le camere sono moderne, pulitissime e sorprendentemente spaziose per gli standard giapponesi. Il letto era comodissimo e ho apprezzato molto la tranquillità, nonostante la zona centrale.

Il personale è stato sempre gentile, professionale e disponibile, pronto ad aiutare per qualsiasi esigenza. Anche il check-in e il check-out sono stati rapidi e senza intoppi.

Abbiamo utilizzato anche il servizio di spedizione bagagli, estremamente comodo ed efficiente, e la lavanderia presente in hotel, pratica e ben organizzata: dettagli che hanno reso il soggiorno ancora più semplice e piacevole.

Ottima anche la colazione, con una buona varietà di piatti sia giapponesi che occidentali, tutti di qualità.

Enjoyed the stay overall.
Pros:

Location excellent as near to central station. Staff very friendly. Great to have facilities such as microwaves, laundry and water available.

Cons:

Bedroom was small, the bed was wedged one side against a wall which is not ideal. Small bath towels. Daily room housekeeping was minimal- ie cups not refreshed or bed made.

The hotel and rooms are modern (lobby a bit dark) and clean. Staff polite
Hotel is close to the Shinjuku station, and close to area with mix of businesses - restaurants, coffee, ice-cream and waffle dessert and Taiyaki shops
There is a Lawson right next to the hotel, although we have loved the 7-11 stores more

Cons:

area around the hotel abit older and busier - but then the hotel entrance just pops, modern and clean.
Not that close to 7-11

Excellent value and great staff.
Pros:

Excellent place to stay. Central location to other activities. Rooms were a little tight but manageable, and clean with a decent view. Staff were polite, thorough, professional- overall excellent value. Would definitely recommend.

Cons:

Great location, quiet and very comfortable beds and clean bathrooms. Rooms / closets could have been a little bigger with perhaps a few more clothes hangers, but overall it was an excellent stay especially for the price. Would stay there again.
