Good for money hotel ; will stay in again
Pros:

Room was so spacious ; Bath and toilet were separate . Very convenient to the train station and a lot of restaurants nearby ; staff were very helpful and spoke English

Pros:

The location is greqt, stuff is very kind and helpful.

Cons:

The bad is not very comfy and the room is being cleaned every 3 days. There is also a bit of bad smell in the room..but other than that is was okay.

Great location
Pros:

The hotel is in a great location. The front desk staff was extremely helpful in getting our luggage shipped to our hotel in Osaka. Having a washer/dryer on our floor was also great as we ended up using it one night.

Cons:

The rooms are very clean but a bit small.

The hotel definitely made my stay in tokyo a memorable vacation
Pros:

The location was easily accessible from the train station and was very helpful to get connected to various parts of tokyo.Had all the required basic shopping and eateries in walkable distance.

Cons:

Nothing in particular, as a first time traveller to Japan, I did not find anything missing.A place one can easily choose if they want to stay in and around shinjuku area.

Great hotel location to explore Tokyo
Pros:

Location is good... just few minutes walk from Shinjuku Station where there are many lines.

Lots of shopping (Don Quijote, Uniqlo, Sanrio, Onitsuka Tiger etc) and good food nearby.

Booked Mt Fuji day trip and was picked up at the hotel. Super convenient

Cons:

Rooms are cleaned only every 3 days.
