Pros:

Clean rooms, comfy beds, great high pressure shower. Lots of useful amenities. 3-5 minute walk from shinjuku station with lots of malls and restaurants around. Also has a coin laundry which was useful to do some washing. Staff were very friendly and accommodating. I would recommend this hotel to anyone and would also come back

Tariff. Value they are offering compared to price is negligible. They don’t even have cutlery/bowl to deliver to room.

Tolle Lage und großes Zimmer

Cons:

Anstelle der 2 gr. Betten würde 1 großes Bett reichen, dann wäre noch mehr Platz. Stauraum für Gewand ist zu wenig

We stayed in Shibuya for our last 2 nights, which l liked better than Shinjuku.
Pros:

Good walkable location. Nice clean hotel near the station.

Cons:

The mattress toppers kept moving, it was really annoying. Constantly adjusting them was a pain.

Perfect hotel in Shinjuku.
Pros:

Fantastic location near the station. Plenty of restaurants around at walking distance. The only hotel in Japan who let us checked in before the check-in time. Breakfast was great. Room is pretty spacious. Thank you for a wonderful stay!!

Cons:

The bath tub is a bit dated, the shower hose came off at some point but we managed to put it back.

Great hotel right by the station
Pros:

The hotel is right by Shinjuku station but it's on a side street so it's much quieter. The hotel is beautiful the rooms were bigger than any other I had in Japan. Staff was great very friendly and accommodating. We dropped off our bags without issue and they delivered them to our room before we got back. A little pricy but makes for a nice relaxing end to a long day of exploring Tokyo.

Cons:

It's a little expensive but you get what you pay for as the room is bigger and nicer than other sized rooms I've stayed at in Japan.
