El servicio de recepción dado por Lorenzo fue excelente, sin excluir a sus compañer@s que siempre estaban atentos a ayudarnos en nuestras solicitudes.
El personal del Bufet, bar, piscina, limpieza y en general super atentos a nuestras necesidades, hicieron que nuestra experiencia fuese única y con ganas de volver.
La animación de los niños, hubo un dia en especial el 11 de agosto, que el animador no lo sentía muy conectado en diferentes actividades con los niños, el resto de días si fue muy agradable.

Сподобалося фактично все. Персонал готовий прийти на допомогу коли потрібно. Від додаткової заміни постільної білизни до виклику таксі до готелю. Номери чисті, прибирали кожного дня. Вбудована система кондиціонування, яку можна налаштувати під необхідну температуру. На ресепшені завжди є людина для звернень. Комфортний басейн на території, велика кількість лежаків для людей, завжди вистачало. Також є невелика кількість зонтів для захисту від сонця, ми завжди могли ними скористатись. В лобі готелю є бар-ресторан, де можна і перекусити і випити щось. По харчуванню також не було ніяких питань, у нас були сніданки та вечері. Сніданки були хороші, а вечері дуже хороші, вибір страв дуже великий, один раз робили великий ухил на морепродукти. Але кожного вечора можна було вибрати і рибу і мясо, під різні вподобання.

Nas refeições por 2 vezes o funcionário não veio perguntar se queria bebidas, então ficamos sem bebida, tive que depois buscar dois copos de agua, na segunda vez a funcionaria respondeu mal e disse que já ia atender e não se deslocou à minha mesa, tive de ir buscar copos de água novamente, muito mau serviço.
