Dirty/mouldy not worth the money
Pros:

Location

Cons:

It was dirty, mouldy with stains all over the walls - not the luxury described - the family room extra bed was a fold out sofa bed but with a “mattress” so thin it was like literally lying on the slats- wouldn’t even let my dog sleep on something this hard! Had to have our child sleep in our bed.

Nice stopover in our Scottish adventure
Pros:

The castle is in a lovely location, well-heated and welcoming. However, we had to change rooms due to the shower being half broken (lukewarm water, broken parts, very little pressure and water spraying everywhere because of limescale buildup). Moreover, I think the initial room was not prepared well. We found only 1 vanity set for 2 people, there was a kettle but no tea/refreshments and no cups. We were upgraded to a much nicer room, but obviously this was stressful as we were tired after a day of sightseeing and just wanted to relax and unwind instead of unpacking and repacking again. Breakfast was very good!

Cons:

I think some rooms may be in need of a plumbing upgrade. Service in the castle is friendly but extremely slow due to a lack of personnel

Meidet das Hotel. Das Preisleistingsvethältnis stimmt nicht. Es gleicht einem Hostel.
Pros:
