Un séjour globalement très agréable
Pros:

Un personnel accueillant et aidant, un cadre joli, une situation calme et un emplacement proche du centre historique que j'étais venue visiter. Hors saison, j'ai pu garer ma voiture a proximité de l'hôtel même si cela était payant. C'est sûrement beaucoup plus difficile en haute saison. J'ai bien aimé la terrasse extérieure même si la moquette est synthétique, et apprécié le plateau de courtoisie renouvelé chaque jour (café, bouteille d'eau).

Cons:

Ma notation tient compte du niveau 4 étoiles de l'établissement. Pour ce niveau j'aurais aimé que le bar offre un éventail plus varié de boissons et de tapas d'autant qu'il n'y a pas de restaurant.
Dans la chambre, les distributeurs de produits sont placés trop haut pour un usage commode de la baignoire, d'autant que celle-ci est très glissante et sans appuis. A utiliser en douche plutôt qu'en bain.

Un lugar dsitinguido y cómodo para tu estancia en Segovia
Pros:

La ubicación del hotel es muy buena, cerca de todo lo importante pero a la vez en un lugar tranquilo
La habitación muy espaciosa y cómoda.
El desayuno con variedad suficiente y todo muy bueno.
Había detalles importantes como cafetera con cápsulas, agua de cortesía, plancha de ropa, plancha para el pelo e incluso una esterilla para hacer ejercicio

Cons:

prefiero las habitaciones con plato de ducha. Esta tenía bañera y con un acceso a la misma un tanto complicado
