Piękne widoki, duży, szutrowy parking, komfortowy pokój

Obsługa sprzątająca to porażka, w pierwszy dzień wpadła do pokoju sprzątaczka bez pukania, zaczęła coś mówić po portugalsku, poszła na balkon i zaczęło przeszukiwać pokój i wyszła… następnie przy sprzątaniu nie zmieniła ręczników, nie uzupełniła płynów, na następne sprzątanie w ogóle nie przyszła i oznaczyła sobie jako posprzątane przez co musiałem iść do recepcji
Śniadania trochę nudne, kolację mocno zróżnicowane poziomem od bardzo dobrych, do bardzo średnich.
Budową w hotelu uniemożliwiała spokojny wypoczynek, za to duży minus

Cons:

La Qualità del cibo? Pessima! Tanta quantità ma la qualità veramente bassissima. Hotel concepito per grandi gruppi che pensano solo a sfondarsi di cibo.
Il servizio lavanderia aperto solo nei giorni feriali e per gente che come me si è recata per lavoro...inutile...
Parcheggio dell'hotel troppo poccolo per ospitare le auto di tutti gli ospiti
Logistica interna per raggiungere alcune stanze(tra l'altro le più costose essendo delle suite) pessimamente concepita....bisognava fare quasi 100 mt dalla reception....assurdo...

Szép szálloda, de a személyzet nem túl barátságos

Szép, elegáns szálloda, félúton Funchal és a reptér között. A stúdió tágas és tiszta volt, a panoráma gyönyörű, jó hangszigetelés, kényelmes ágy. A reggeli és vacsoránál nagy választék, az éttermi személyzet segítőkész és kedves.

Cons:

Egy hajóútról jövet egy éjszakára szálltam meg a szállodába a másnapi repüléshez. Tudtam, hogy a gépem későn este indul, ezért üzenetben rákérdeztem a késői kicsekkolásra, hogy lehetséges-e és mennyibe kerül. Erre elkerülő választ kaptam, hogy rendelkezésre állás függvényében, de használhatom a szolgáltatásokat indulásig. Csak sajnos beteg lettem és kint nagy szél volt, a benti párás uszodában és hideg hallban sem szerettem volna lenni. Ezért kérdeztem a késői kijelentkezést, mire azt válaszolta az egyébként udvarias, de kimért és barátságtalan hölgy a recepción, hogy teltház van. Másnap reggel mivel elég rosszul éreztem magam ismét kérdeztem és mutattam, hogy a bookingon rengeteg foglalható szoba van, tehát nincs teltház. Erre jött a menedzser és mondta, hogy akkor foglaljak és fizessek ki egy teljes napot. Ez igen inkorrekt dolog lett volna, mivel ha ezt megírják üzenetben, hogy nem lehetséges késői kicsekkolás (egyébként azt mondta, hogy akkor nem tud takaríttatni) vagy dupla árért lehetséges, akkor nem ezt a szállodát választom. Végül némi veszekedés után - mint aki szivességet tesz - kitalált nekünk - egy egyébként korrekt árat, amiért késő délutánig még az ágyban maradhattam és így repülésre alkalmas állapotba kerültem. Kár volt ezért a cirkuszért, mert megkeserített az egyébként szép és jó szállodában az ottlétet. Korrekten meg kellene írniuk, hogy nem lehetséges késői kicsekkolás, mert nem tudják a takarítást megoldani :) Akkor az utas eldöntheti, hogy ez megfelel neki, vagy keres másik helyet.
