It would have been helpful to be able to speak to staff because I had a problem with the airline losing my luggage. The reception only opened after I left.

Cercanía con el aeropuerto, lugar muy estratégico y acogedor, con aroma muy auténtico de galicia.
Tal vez, mejorar un poco la empatia hacia el huesped al momento de la recepción o check in. Había además previamente consultado antes de hacer la reserva,si era posible la recogida en el aeropuerto y nos confirmaron que si, y al final nos indicaron que debíamos autogestionarla y nos tocó tomar un UBER. Para el momento llevábamos 4 maletas de 30 kg c/u mas dos maletas de mano de 12 kg y nos tocó subirlas a la habitación por escaleras empinadas por nosotros mismos .

Clean tidy well furnished. Comfortable bed. Fluffy towels, lots of hot water. Tranquil. Although a road nearby, the shutters were effective.
Good location for walking the Camino Ingles.
Soulless. There was online checkin, codes for opening the door, opening the box with the bedroom key and an easy and straightforward video to show how it all operated practically. Not a problem with this.
However I did not meet any hotel staff on any occasion, not at reception, not at breakfast. It felt a bit like being Jack Nicholson in The Shining, except that the hotel was not as large nor the scenery as dramatic! There was only one other guest that I saw briefly at breakfast.

El desayuno no nos gustó nada... bolleria empaquetada y fruta en mal estado. La mantequilla al lado de la tostadora estaba regular
El chico que nos atendió fue muy amable y ofreció ayuda. La cena muy buena también y la habitación limpia y cómoda.
