A stay worth sharing
Pros:

It was at the end of the Benidorm boulevard, great location. Front desk both welcoming and helpful. Half board was an expected surprise. Continuous replenishment of the dishes. On street parking after 8 pm is free.

Cons:

Our fridge malfunctioned but we were able to store our water in the bar fridge. Trash bin was left unemptied from previous guests, the housekeepers took care of it immediately.

Relax .
Pros:

Situación inmejorable. Pensión completa de calidad y variedad.
Amabilidad en recepción, camareros etc.
Un hotel excelente.

Cons:

Todo correcto. Un comentario para mejorar sería ver la posibilidad de hacer un poco mas cómodo la entrada a la piscina ya que ambas escaleras están de difícil acceso para personas mayores y de movilidad reducida.

Pros:

La ubicación y el personal excelente

Cons:

El gimnasio debería tener mas pesas y macinas y el bufete del dia hay que mejorar mas queríamos beber agua mientras comiendo y no había tuve que comprar una botella.
