Great location, terrible food
Pros:

The location is great overlooking the sea, the room was nice and it was clean. The staff were very friendly.

Cons:

We were half board, the breakfast and lunch/dinner was terrible. Hardly any choice, most of it fish. If you are allergic to this then there is only chips available. The breakfast was particularly poor in terms of hardly any fruit and the yogurts were were poor.

Muito bem localizada, os funcionários são gentis no geral (só tivemos contato com 1 funcionário grosseiro um dia no café da manhã, todos os outros são ótimos e atenciosos). O quarto é bem confortavel. Únicos 2 pontos negativos: 1) chuveiro (muito mal estruturado - o meio Box que tem molha todo o banheiro durante o banho e tem um suporte enorme para shampoo que NÃO TEM shampoo e nem nada dentro e super atrapalha o banho pq fica exatamente ao lado do chuveiro). 2) frigobar: não gela, apenas refresca levemente!!
No geral eu achei bom, sobretudo pela localização. Ficaria lá novamente. O café da manhã eu já não incluiria.

Cons:

Pasé un día estupendo celebrando el aniversario con mi pareja.
Pros:

Habitación cómoda, limpia, vistas extraordinarias, terraza grande y acogedora. Está un poco alejado del centro, pero Benidorm es pequeño. Servicio muy amable; nos aconsejó muy bien.

Cons:

La cafetería abre tarde. Soy madrugador y tuve que salir a tomar un café.

No ‘sunbeds’ - just reclining chairs.
I understand that space would be an issue for sunbeds, yet as the ‘cafe’ part was not at all busy during any part of the week we stayed, a dozen or so sunbeds could easily be placed in half of that space.
