Very good but expensive
Pros:

Breakfast very good plenty of variety. Staff very pleasant and helpful. Roo always spotless and cleaned thoroughly.

Cons:

Too expensive. Not worth what we paid.

Reasonable hotel, good location. not cheap but ok for price

Cons:

Really poor customer service both over phone and in person. Whilst trying to reconfirm the reservation over the phone (I made it for my bosses at work) the receptionist literally hung up on me twice telling me "you have to send an email" then hung up. They also told off my boss when he showed up, for not making it clear the reservation was for him (he then showed them the booking form where it clearly stated his name) - he siaid "not worth my effort to argue with the receptionist".. And we are in end Sept so hardly busy season

A fuir piège à touristes Très cher on à payer 20euros de plus par jour pour avoir vue sur mer on a eu vue sur les bâtiments voisin. Obliger de payer le parking de l hôtel pour garer la voiture de location que l’on c’est fait emboutir sur le parking de l hôtel par les livreur, parking microscopique blindé de voiture et il sert d accès pour les camion de livraison . Le directeur ne sert à rien aucune solution nous a était limite on me traite de menteur et me disent que c’est pas possible que les camions de livraison ne vienne pas. Problème j’ai étais souvent réveillé à 6 h du matin par des bruit de chariot de livraison.. hôtel très mal isolé on entend les avion jour et nuit. Idem pour le bip de l ascenseur que l’on entend depuis la chambre. Lumière du couloir qui passe sous la porte dès que quelqu’un allume la lumière dans les couloir. La literie est de mauvaise qualité . On a eu des fourmis qui nous on piquer tout les nuit dans le lit, pareille on devait avoir un lit double et un lit simple on a eu deux lit double et un lit parapluie les chambre sont toute petite. Hôtel 4 étoiles m’es concrètement c’est un deux étoiles basique. Chambre vielle il y a même la tapisserie qui se décolle dans les chambres!! Bref on reviendra jamais

Pros:

Location was good, right by the beach but still with good connections to other places such as Palma town and the aquarium. The staff were very friendly and helpful, the hotel was very nice, clean, and had good facilities such as the pool.
