Alles zu meiner vollen Zufriedenheit. Würde ich wieder buchen!
Pros:

Die Lage ist exzellent, um in die Innenstadt und das Fußballstadion zu gelangen. Alles ist einfach zu Fuß ab dem Hotel zu erreichen. Das Frühstück ist ausgezeichnet, zu einem sehr fairen Preis.

Cons:

Die Toilettenspülung hat nicht abgeschlossen. Ist aber sicherlich einfach zu reparieren.

Immer wieder gerne wenn wir ein Event in Stuttgart buchen.
Pros:

Sehr nach an den Eventhallen, zu Fuß ca. 15 Minuten.
Sehr freundlich, top Preis-Leistungs-Verhältniss.

Geht mal für eine Nacht oder zwei
Pros:

Lage war gut, Zimmer und Bad waren relativ sauber.

Cons:

Erdgeschoss hat sehr nach altem Rauch gestunken und zusätzlich nach Fritteuse wie eine alte Wirtschaft. Unmittelbare Nachbarschaft etwas spooky, direkt neben Tankstelle gelegen und es lungern komische Leute draußen herum. Kein Schreibtisch im Zimmer, das Tischchen zu klein für einen Laptop. Bett war sehr durchgelegen. Zimmer war kalt, da tagsüber Heizung aus bei Check-In am Abend und Nachtabsenkung.

Für unseren Kurztripp, eine Übernachtung, hat alles gepasst.
Pros:

Die Lage ist an einer sehr befahrenen Straße, die man bei geöffnetem Fenster zur Straße tagsüber hört. Allerdings waren wir tagsüber weitgehend unterwegs. Nachts ist es ruhig bei geöffnetem Fenster! Wir waren unter der Woche dort.
Der S-Bahnhof ist fußläufig erreichbar und es gibt jede Menge Möglichkeiten rundum Essen zu gehen. Beim Frühstück gibts für jeden etwas, auch frische Eierspeisen.

Cons:

Die Matratze war sehr weich und meinem Mann hat der Kaffee nicht geschmeckt. Ich bin Teetrinkerin und hatte genug Auswahl. :)
Es hat im Eingangbereich sehr nach Zigarettenrauch gerochen. Das empfanden wir für den Empfang unglücklich. Im restlichen Haus und in den Zimmern ist rauchverbot und es riecht auch nicht danach.
