My stay felt like a home away from home

Great amenities. Loved having an in-room washer and dryer, stove with a oven, and a full size refrigerator Professional and welcoming staff

Cons:

Insufficient pet walking space with pet waste all over although two pet waste stations were provided on both sides of the allocated pet walking area

Pros:

Nothing. You couldn’t pay me to stay here again.

Cons:

No A/C in rooms is crazy. Everyone who stays here doesn’t work. Not a working class hotel. It’s a place to crash when you are coming to Raleigh for a family reunion of 500 people. Don’t expect to sleep. Enjoy the stomping all night.

Loved having 2 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms and washer and dryer

The direct TV did not work for our entire stay for 5 nights

The area was great.

Cons:

The incorrect room was providded,, a smaller room than what was booked was provided with no credit. I was promised an adjustment on my rate and there was none given. Although my accommodations were extremely beneath what I needed, what I booked and what I paid for my inconvenience was not addressed.

Overall nice stay probably would stay again under better circumstances
Pros:

Overall the place was nice location was good and staff friendly.

Cons:

The cleanliness could have been way better. When we got there one of the beds had dirt specs on it almost like someone dropped a handful of sand on the bed. The bed linen needed to be cleaned better or replaced with new ones because the linen on the comforter were stained.
