Chambre spacieuse
Pros:

Chambre très spacieuse et immeuble de caractère. Une bouilloire et une petite cafetière à disposition avec du café, du thé et des infusions, tres appréciable. Super Produis de douche.

Cons:

Notre chambre était côté rue, donc un peu bruyante. Le matelas était très mou, et je n’ai pas compris pourquoi nous avons eu une petite serviette et une grande serviette pour 2 pendant 4 jours. Petit déjeuner assez onéreux. Du coup, nous ne l’avons pas pris. La chambre ne pouvait être éclairée que par des lampes de chevet. Le plafonnier était uniquement décoratif.

Great stay at Wil7
Pros:

I love that this hotel blended in with the neighbourhood. The bed was super comfortable and the bathroom was nice and big with a great shower.

Cons:

We arrived after hours so it was a bit difficult to find our room. While it's super convenient to have the digital entry, if we needed anything, like more towels or an extra blanket it would have been difficult to reach someone. There was also nowhere in the room to put our suitcases. It would have been nice to have a shelf or something to keep.them.off the floor.

Das Frühstück war gut. Das Personal hat sich umgehend um mein Anliegen gekümmert.

Cons:

Self-check-in hat nicht funktioniert, weil keine E-Mail-Adresse hinterlegt war. Es wäre aber schön gewesen, wenn mich die Unterkunft hierauf nochmals hingewiesen hätte. Stattdessen bekam ich eine Nachricht, wie der Check-In funktioniert, so dass ich nicht davon ausgegangen bin, dass es ein Problem geben könnte.

Im Bett fand ich ein größeres Krabbeltier, was dort definitiv nicht hingehört. Ich bekam schnell ein anderes Zimmer, das Vertrauen in die Sauberkeit war jedoch weg. In dem anderen Zimmer war das Badezimmer winzig.

Die Servicekraft beim Frühstück sprach leider nur Englisch. Ich finde es ein wenig traurig, dass man im eigenen Land in einem Hotel nicht in der Landessprache kommunizieren kann.

Schönrs Hotel, aber in keiner bedonders angenehmen Umgebung

Schönes Zimmer, gute Größe, gute Ausstattung

Cons:

Die Lage ist nicht so toll, da es in drr Gegend nicht belebt ist, liegt auch nicht bedonders verkehrsgünstig und brsonders abrnds keine angenehme Gegend.

We had a great stay, all the staff members are very helpful, the rooms are big and super comfortable

The rooms are very spacious and the bed ist extremely comfortable. All of the staff members are really nice and helpful as well. And question was answered and we felt really at home.

Nothing really, everything was wonderful.

A peaceful oasis in the middle of a lovely city
Pros:

My time at Wil7 was so perfect that is hard to decide where to start talking about it! Let's beign with people. Everyone was extremaly lovely and hepful (even switching to my native languages to make me feel confortable), giving me the best tips and being super flexible with my questions and ask.
Second, the building that the hotel is in is a residential building with a gorgeous garden. I forgot I was on a busy capital! The location was also perfect: in a bubly area, but on a calma street.
Then there was breakfast. It was a feast every morning, everything good and fresh in a nice restaurant area full of art pieces. And the room felt more like an apartament, with a very confortable bed.
I have only good things to say about Wil7 and I really hope to back soon! And thank you, Wil7 team :)

Un'esperienza da vero local!
Pros:

Posizione eccellente e personale preparato, cortese e qualificato

Cons:

La colazione è sempre stata buonissima e con prodotti freschissimi. Stando una settimana nella struttura forse avere maggior varietà sarebbe stato perfetto. Ma comunque il personale era a disposizione per soddisfare qualsiasi esigenza.
