最高のホテルでした、まさに美唄の玄関口のホテルにふさわしい素晴らしいホテルです。

よい、宿泊をさせていただきました。
Pros:

このホテルの朝食は、いつも美味しくいただいています。とくに牛乳が濃くて美味しいです。また、直ぐに食べられるように準備がされていて、料理内容もとても良いです。

Cons:

スタッフの方、とても親切に応対をされています。これはとても良いと思います。ただ、もう少し大きな声でお話をされたほうが良いと思います。お声が、あまりに小さくて聞き取りにくかったです。

設備は新しいが、清掃はイマイチだと思う。
Pros:

価格は安価で良い。駅や飲食店からも近く立地は良いと思う。

Cons:

ソファーの汚れが気になり、座る事は無かった。別の部屋も空いているのであれば、別の部屋へ案内すべきだとだと思う。
