Pros:

A very good hotel with kitchen facilities, which was the most important thing for me. It is very close to the student campus where I was visiting for a business trip, so the location was extremely convenient. It's right next to a subway station, which was also convenient for visits to Munich city center.

Cons:

The room was very small, but it was okay for me.

Schönes Hotel für einen Städtetrip
Pros:

Wir hatten einen kurzen Aufenthalt im Hotel, da wir für ein Konzert nach München gekommen sind. Unser Aufenthalt hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Das Hotel liegt sehr günstig – sowohl die Allianz Arena als auch das Stadtzentrum sind schnell zu erreichen. Die U-Bahn-Station befindet sich direkt vor der Tür. Das Frühstück war einfach grandios: eine große Auswahl und alles sehr lecker.

Cons:

Als etwas Negatives würde ich das nicht bezeichnen. An dem Wochenende war es mit bis zu 36 °C außergewöhnlich heiß. Ich weiß, dass solche Temperaturen nicht die Regel sind, allerdings werden die Sommer zunehmend heißer, und auch in München sind Temperaturen von 30 bis 31 °C im Sommer inzwischen keine Seltenheit mehr.
Im Apartment gab es keine Klimaanlage. Als Verbesserungsvorschlag könnte man daher überlegen, künftig eine Klimaanlage zu installieren oder eine entsprechende Nachrüstung in Betracht zu ziehen.
Ein weiterer kleiner Verbesserungsvorschlag betrifft die Küche im Apartment. Es ist zwar eine Küchenzeile vorhanden, diese ist jedoch kaum ausgestattet. Es gab lediglich zwei Gläser, zwei Tassen und einen Teelöffel. Kochutensilien sowie grundlegendes Geschirr, wie zum Beispiel Teller, fehlten komplett.
Selbstverständlich muss die Küche nicht vollständig ausgestattet sein. Eine Grundausstattung mit beispielsweise vier Tellern sowie Besteck für zwei Personen wäre jedoch sinnvoll und würde den Aufenthalt deutlich angenehmer machen.
Es wäre auch gut Streaming-Dienste wie Netflix oder andere Plattformen anzubieten. Heutzutage nutzen viele Gäste lieber Streaming-Angebote als ausschließlich Satellitenfernsehen. Das würde den Komfort des Aufenthalts zusätzlich erhöhen.

Confort et modernité
Pros:

Idéalement placé au Nord de Munich entre le stade Allianz Arena et l’aéroport. Les chambres façon studios sont très grandes et idéales pour récupérer au calme après les visites.

Localisation, calme, personnel à l'écoute et les équipements de la chambre répondaient a mes attentes

Cons:

Pas de climatisation (et pas de ventilateur) et le ménage pourrait être fait un peu plus souvent qu'une fois pas semaine (il est toujours possible de le demander)

Muy buena opción de alojamiento con perro cerca de Múnich
Pros:

La habitación era muy espaciosa. El personal muy atento y amable. Admiten perros.Al tener cocina te da mucha autonomía.Esta junto al metro.

Cons:

Algunos huéspedes dejan la basura en la puerta de la habitación.
Les falla no tener parking, pero conociendo la zona se puede resolver.

Die Dame beim Check-In war super freundlich.
So wird man gerne empfangen.
Die Lage war für uns top. Die U-Bahn Station ist direkt vor der Tür. Bis zur Allianz Arena somit nur ein Katzensprung.
Wir hatten mit Frühstück gebucht. Das Angebot war sehr umfangreich und lecker.
Das Zimmer/Appartement war schön groß. Es war sauber und das Bad hatte Tageslicht.

Great location and great value property with beautiful surroundings for running/walking on nature.
Pros:

The breakfast is great and the location crossing a small open area is good to. Very luminous place to have breakfast and plenty of seating options. The ambience is great. A word for the personell, they are plenty and always cleaning spots for new people to come in.

Pros:

Sehr schönes Zimmer und sehr sauber. Tolles Frühstück. Die Betten waren sehr bequem. Ruhige Lage, U-Bahn Station direkt vorm Hotel

Cons:

Die Schlafcouch war ziemlich unbequem selbst für ein Kind, aber für eine Nacht gerade noch OK.
