Pros:

Sehr schöne Zimmer, Super Frühstück im Nachbarhotel

Cons:

Unfreundlichkeit beim Empfang, sofortige Zahlung notwendig, Serviceinfo wie Parkplatz erst nach Nachfrage, teilweise nicht verständlich. Es gibt sicher bessere Stellen für eine Anmeldung, als am vollen Bartresen.

Mooi ruim appartement, slechte slaapbank en onvolledige kitchenette.
Pros:

Mooi ruim licht appartement. Heerlijk 2-persoonsbed. Centrale locatie voor een tussenstop naar Oostenrijk/italie.
Grote supermarkt op 5min rijden met de auto. Koffiebar en 2 foodtrucks aan de overkant van het hotel.

Cons:

Kitchenette zonder keukengerei (geen borden, bestek en een pannetje), alleen kopjes voor de koffie. Hierdoor kon je eigenlijk geen gebruik maken van het keukentje.
Slaapbank was vreselijk, de veren/spiralen waren volledig voelbaar. Hebben een dekbed 3 x opgevouwen en op het matras gelegd om het een beetje te verzachten met slapen voor onze kids van 9 en 11.

sehr schön und zu unserer vollsten Zufiedenheit
Pros:

Wir haben ein Upgrade auf ein größeres Zimmer mit Wohn-/Küchenbereich erhalten. Das Zimmer war damit sehr geräumig und komfortabel.

Cons:

Die Küchenausstattung ist sehr spärlich. Geschirr kann - soweit ich weiß - an der Rezeption geholt werden, das ist aber ein wenig mühselig, grundsätzlich aber natürlich ok. DA wir ursprünglich gar keine Kücke erwartet haben, ist das aber natürlich nicht wirklich schlimm.
Beim ersten Check In Versuch war die Rezeption nicht besetzt. Wir sind also zwei Stunden später wiedergekommen, und waren dann erfolgreich... nicht ideal, aber auch keine Katastrophe.

Top Lage, super Frühstück und nettes Personal
Pros:

Apartment mit allem ausgestattet was man braucht. 2 Fernseher, Küche mit Spülmaschine und Kochfelder.

Cons:

Leider kein Balkon, Fenster konnten geöffnet werden, aber pro Zimmer nur 1 schmales Fenster zu öffnen

Pros:

Das wir in das Courtyard Marriott nebenan umgebucht wurden, wegen Überbuchung. Eine Bewertung der Ausstattung usw. ist daher nicht möglich

Cons:

Das wir umgebucht wurden. Ich hatte bereits im Januar gebucht und hatte die Bestätigung erhalten. Somit müssten Gäste, die nach mir gebucht haben, dort nicht umgebucht worden sein. Nicht so cool!

Rundum super bis auf einen Aussetzer

Als erstes muss man sagen, dass ich schon im Januar gebucht habe für den elften und den 12. Juli. Und als ich ankam, wurde mir dann gesagt, dass meine Reservierung nicht mehr gilt weil das Hotel überbucht ist man mich aber upgraden konnte und das Hotel nebenan ein Zimmer für mich hätte. Das fand ich sehr positiv, denn ich stand nicht ohne Hotel da, sondern es wurde sich wirklich darum bemüht, dass ich unterkomme.

Cons:

Das Hotel nebenan war sehr schön sehr freundlicher Service. Was mir jedoch überhaupt gar nicht gefallen hat, war, dass ich beim Frühstück sitze und der Service sich mit der Küche an der Theke gestritten hat. Der junge Mann mit den locken vom Service hat dem aus der Küche gar nichts getan und trotzdem wurde er runtergeputzt. Nicht schön für den Gast nach 2 Tagen wenig Schlaf und einem tollen we, dann beim Frühstück sowas serviert zu bekommen. Der junge Mann mit den locken konnte nichts dafür. Und dem war das sichtlich unangenehm.

Perfekt für einen kurzen Aufenthalt
Pros:

Kleine ausgestattete Appartements. Sauber. Frühstück im Partnerhotel nebenan sehr gut. U-Bahn Station direkt am Hotel. Sehr freundliche Mitarbeitende!

Cons:

Etwas außerhalb- keine Supermärkte in der Nähe.
