Good spot for a good price! It was worth it. Wings in the restaurant were excellent!

Great view from our rooms. We had three rooms all facing Bosphorus. Can’t say enough about the view.
Their restaurant offers panoramic views, almost a rooftop feel. Breakfast buffet wasn’t great but if you order food, you’ll love it.
The staff was very friendly and accommodating. Front desk staff super helpful and professional. Cleaning crew very sweet and helpful.
I would definitely stay there again

I had a medical procedure during my staying. Hotel very clean , all staff are amazing, the are extremely polite .Thank you for Jacob and all of you , thank you for cleaning lady she was extremely good .All of you I met in 19 of June till 27th of June thank you for your kindness. I stayed here for a medical procedure last year in September. The pictures are misleading, and the hotel is far from what it shows on the website. The staff barely speak English. The room is OK but there were no hangers , You have a phone in the room but no instructions how to dial or reach the front desk, nothing is in English - the only good thing about the hotel is the hamam. It’s lovely. The location is also in a bit of a weird area - construction in front and a couple blocks away you are in the middle of nowhere w no people. I would highly recommend you find yourself a better place. The breakfast was an absolute disaster, and far from what is shown in the pictures very different. To say This is a four-star is an outrage.

No Idea how this is a 4 star hotel!

Needed a hotel quick same day whilst on a charity car rally so rang ahead to check their free park was secure. We were told 2 tier indoor parking, that was a lie parking was on the street and that they would need the keys to move our car for a shuttle bus? When I explained I wasn’t happy with them driving our classic car, he ask to ring me every 30mins to move the car or pay for parking somewhere else? Have never had such poor service.

Breakfast area does a good view but prepare to eat an assortment of random food. I’ve never onion rings for breakfast before haha.

In my opinion,
1-Housekeeping in our floor(5th floor) ,Mrs.Zeynep was one the best with the good behavior and always smile on her face.
2-Receptionist Mr. Samet and Mr. Bares were polite and.
3-Hotel facilities was good.

this hotel is very well situated near the galleta tower area. only issue is to get to the fun area entails a climb up a large hill though on the way home it is all downhill. the rooms are clean air con great and rooftop restaurant with a superb view. Baris at front desk was especially helpful thru out our stay

Staff was very kind, always willing to help. The housekeeping staff (Philis) and the front desk staff (Baris) were particularly kind. However, while the BF was ok, I suggest the team may consider adding a little bit of variety as I practically had the same food daily.

We were guests in the hotel for five days, it was a very attractive hotel. The hotel has good facilities, one of which was the dining hall with a wonderful view. I would like to thank the hotel staff, especially Bushra and Melisa, for their wonderful hospitality.

I really enjoyed the bedroom views and specially the views from resturant was really good !!!i wanna specially mention MiSS BUSRA from resturant she helped me in turkish food pick and choose and all food was amazing i had turkish kababs on her recommendation they were good

Great hotel, very accommodating staff especially Adem he took time to help me with maps and taxi's in general a very nice guy. Rooms were nice and housekeeping was on point. Would definitely reccomend. Thanks for a wonderful stay.

In my 3 nights of trip, I really liked the food especially free breakfast all healthy stuffs and the great hospitality they have shown. Really Appreciated to Mr Baris, who helped me a lot through out my staying at this Hotel.

- The hotel staff is very polite
- rooms and bathrooms are clean
- jasmine smell everywhere and I love jasmine
- good location
- the quality of food is really good and for me it’s sufficient in terms of variety, I’ve only tried breakfast
- seagulls and other birds approach very closely in the restaurant balcony so if the windows are open you have the impression they’re about to come in and eat your dish so it’s a tiny issue

I believe the hotel was good but i liked the hotel because of staff specially guy named BARIS he was the sweetest and helped me in the big city
If i ever come back to the city credit has to be given to Baris the superb guy😍

I stayed in this hotel a couple of months ago. This is a very nice hotel. The rooms are large and clean. Guest services cleans the rooms everyday. Service is also great. Miss Busra at the restaurant made sure that all the guests were served. She is a very polite and nice lady. I definitely recommend staying in this hotel.

I stayed for 2 nights and 3 days, very nice and comfortable rooms and good maintenance. Adem provided fast response to the requests and shown excellent care towards guests. Restaurant food is also good.
