La chambre Vu sur mer était cool , lit confortable! Et calme. Station de métro à deux pas. Le restaurant était bien avec la vue sur mer.
10 minute de Taksim Il y a un peu de marche.

Hotel è vecchio e non è stato rinnovato. Alcune cose non funzionavano a dovere, come la doccia, la finestra per andare in balcone o alcune luci.
Breakfast was good, location is very good
That can do better by improving customer service, house keeping they can do better front desk needs a lot of work on customer service skills but Mr Ismael was very good

Bellow average service, very basic breakfast.
Stayed 3 nights , it took 24 hours for them to deliver a Tv remote which never worked ,asked them to have a look , they never responded to that.
Most probably their tv network doesn’t work which they never admit. ( checked previous reviews)
Upon check in - they are mostly tried to up sale their products like torus and packaged and hotel transfer etc .
Apart from the concierge no one bothered to say hello!!!

Great view from our rooms. We had three rooms all facing Bosphorus. Can’t say enough about the view.
Their restaurant offers panoramic views, almost a rooftop feel. Breakfast buffet wasn’t great but if you order food, you’ll love it.
The staff was very friendly and accommodating. Front desk staff super helpful and professional. Cleaning crew very sweet and helpful.
