Super location close to beach
Pros:

Exceptional view of the beach from the room. The large glass window with comfortable seating was wonderful. The location was perfect for us....very close to the beach and outside of the busyness of the central tourist area. Excellent restaurants next to the hotel. The staff were friendly and helpful.

Cons:

The pool area lacks a seating area...but with the beach so close, the pool could be easily overlooked.
No shower curtain resulted in the floor being soaked...this was resolved by using the comfortable soaker tub.
A proper toaster in the dining room would be appreciated. The toaster oven only warms the bread, not toasting it.

Room with brilliant views but facilities not as they seem in pictures
Pros:

Good location, great view from room

Cons:

Swimming pool was not as it looked in the pictures, very small & no sunlight. The gym wasn’t really a gym more a room with some equipment. Breakfast didn’t have many options to cater for international travellers.

Don't Hesitate to Book.
Pros:

Don't hesitate to book. For the price this is excellent. With a really gpod breakfast buffet included it is superlative. I arrived with a migraine after a horrible overnight bus ride from Hoi An. One of the ladies in the breakfast room - seeing my distress - gave me a head massage..I was allowed to check in very early and the lovely smiley man who brought up my cases pointed to the bed and said: "You sleep".
Thank you Edward and all the staff for turning what could have been a bad experience into a healing one.
Room was perfect, view was spectacular. I would certainly return.

Cons:

For the life of me I can't figure some of the petty comments here. Out of 46 hotels so far researching for a new travel guide I would put this one in the top 5, regardless of price. This one is a true bargain!
Only small setback was that WIFI was a bit inconsistent (I was on floor 19).

Pros:

I had a very pleasant experience at this hotel. The room was clean and comfortable, and the view was absolutely beautiful. The staff were professional, friendly, and attentive to guests’ needs. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a quality stay. I would gladly return in the future.

Gym, pool and upkeep should be more attended to. Lots of potential. If they changed bathroom, it would be a more amazing place.
