Perfect location and wonderful hosts
Pros:

The owners make you feel so at home and do everything they can to make sure you have an enjoyable stay. We ended up joining in on their Tet celebrations, which was amazing. The location is perfect 5 minute walk into old town. The accommodation is basic but has everything you need

La posizione sull'isola di fronte alla zona antica di Hoi An raggiungibile comodamente a piedi..Il titolare vive li con la famiglia, sempre pronto ad aiutarti, parla poco inglese ma col traduttore non c'è problema..ci ha recuperato le bici con una minima spesa.

Safe, convenient and good value for money!
Pros:

The family who run this homestay are super sweet and helpful. Me and my partner thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. The location is just a short walk from the ancient old town, so location is quiet but still convenient. I even had the privilege of playing football at 6am with the homeowner and his friend on the beach which was an incredible experience. Also the vegetarian pho for breakfast has one of the best broths that I have tried since being in Vietnam. Great value for money and welcoming, so much so that we decided to extend our stay for a further 3 nights which was super easy to do. Would defo stay here again if we visited Hoi an!

Gute zentrale Lage und angenehme Gastgeber! Frühstück mit frischen Frucht jeweils (konnte wählen zwischen Fried Rice, Pho und Baguette mkt Spiegelei)

Pros:

Focus is in a great location, a few minutes walk to the old town but very quiet. The family are so nice, they have very little English( much better than my Vietnamese 🤣) but they take great effort to communicate with you. The rooms are very clean, the beds comfortable and the shower great. It is fantastic value and we would certainly stay in the future.

Pros:

If you look for a comfortable homestay, I recommend Focus! Great value for the price. Duc and Linh are very friendly and helpful, nice breakfast included, and they also offer laundry service. The room was like in the photos and the bed was very comfortable to sleep!

Our stay here was amazing.
The owners are super friendly and always looking to help you with any questions you have.
Rooms are clean.
Booked airport taxi with them, is cheaper compared to Grab.
Quiet location (in a small side walking street)
Breakfast is eggs plus baguette OR Pho. And some fruit and coffee/tea.
For a small fee they washed our clothes, they smelled great and were folded ver nicely .
We would book again!
