Pros:

Our stay was simply perfect. The room was clean, bright and comfortable. In a very good location, in the old town and near the night market in Hoi An.
The hosts were wonderful, they did everything to help us. They prepared breakfast for us very early in the morning to take with us on out tours.
We thank them very much for their hospitality & of course we highly recommend them!

Quiet and great location
Pros:

Location was quiet and near the river. Room was clean. Owners were nice but needs translator to communicate. They have 2 bikes for rent which we only knew on the last day and 2 bicycles free of usage. The lady owner prepared for us vegetarian pho and egg fried rice which was quite delicious. they also helped us get a car pick up from the airport and going to da nang via marble mountain which was quite reasonable than getting a grab. their area was really safe because even if they leave their gates open and with all our shoes outside, no one comes in.

Cons:

We only had 1 pillow each but the owner managed to find 1 more pillow and a throw pillow. I hope the standard is 2 pillows per guest.
Also, I wish they can install a bath shower curtain to minimize getting the bathroom floor wet.
The toilet tank is just noisy when filling up.
Hope next time we're given the 201(4th photo) than 301(2nd photo) Bec it has a bigger floor area for 3 guests. Our room was quite small as it has taken up the floor area outside our room leading to their rooftop.

Pros:

The owner and his family were wonderful and accommodating. The room was spacious, clean, and very comfortable. The breakfast he and his wife prepared was delicious. The place is a very close walk (3-4 minutes) from the Old Town riverfront so close to the nightlife but enough away to be quiet in the evening. The owner also helped us organize transport. Overall, I would highly recommend this place.

Cons:

Nothing. Everything was wonderful.

旧市街から徒歩圏内の清潔なホームステイ
Pros:

部屋も共用部もとても清潔でした。ご夫婦がフレンドリーでよかった。部屋からの眺めもよく可愛い部屋だった。旧市街からも徒歩圏内で夜遊ぶにも便利でした。バルコニーがあるのも快適。

Cons:

ファミリールームを予約したけど、思ったより狭かった。多分Booking.comに書いてあるより狭い？と思う。

宿泊代の割にはリーズナブルです。
Pros:

ロケーションは、最初に到着した時は分かりにくかったけれど、旧市街から10分以内で便利だった。
オーナーのご家族の皆さんが親切で丁寧な対応をしてくれた。朝5:30発のツアーの迎えの時も玄関のドアを快く開けてくれた。

Cons:

部屋に湯沸かしポットはあったが、グラスのみでコーヒーカップは無かった。
バスタオルはあったが、フェイスタオルがなかった。
