Han Apartment

Clean, quiet, comfortable, excellent hosts

Great experience with this place, I would give full marks for everything it offers. I stayed for around 1 week and this apartment is far more convenient compared to other accommodations at the same price. An apartment that is very spacious, clean, fully furnished and everything works perfectly. You can basically find everything you need here from cooking facilities to relaxing with plenty of natural light from the balcony, and fast internet connection as well.

The best part is that Ms Linh and Mr Han (the hosts) are super friendly and responsive. They reply quickly and are always willing to help if possible. I was able to checkin earlier than usual, at 11AM (usually you have to checkin at 2pm, I guess the room was available sooner so the hosts offered me this, which was big plus point).

Also you can wash your clothes and use dryer on the top floor, very convenient tho. Location is another highlight, it is close to the city center and there is a convenience store right across the street, you can even find a local market nearby. It is just a short walk to dragon bridge and a longer but pleasant walk to the beach.

I visited during Tet holiday and even received a red envelope from Ms Linh with a couple of bananas from Mr Han, such a thoughtful gesture and a big plus for their hospitality. Will definitely book this place again on my next trip!!

Our hosts were very friendly and helpful for any of our needs. The location was good, near the river and (for us) walkable to the beach. The room was very spacious and clean, and the shower good. We were able to do our own washing on site which was a bonus. We were close to good local and international food and to local day and night markets.

clean and owners are kind

Everything was perfect. We had an excellent stay with this lovely family. Nothing was too much trouble for Lin and her husband to arrange. We felt at home and comfortable.

The studios have everything you need. You never feel that something is missing.
The place was always clean. Towels and sheets were immaculate.
The owner is very welcoming and helpful.

Everything was great. We had nothing to complain about.
It was clean and quiet despite the noise from the main road. No slamming doors and noisy customers shouting the whole time.

The Studio was a big one with a very strong Aircon . The Room and Bathroom were immaculately clean with absolutely clean sheets and towels. The room had all the amenities needed and posted on the booking site. They also provided washing machine and detergent free of charge. They had clothes drying stands and Hangers for drying clothes. The Property is in a quite neighbourhood with a supermarket right opposite and the famous Son Tra Night Market only 5 minutes walk. Han and Linh are Excellent hosts and make you feel at home from the start. They manage the Property Very well and ensure daily cleaning of room and change of towels and Linen . Ms Linh was very Kind and on her own Placed a drying Rack in our Balcony and placed all the clothes outside to dry. They even have made a very Informative Brochure for their guests which was very handy. The Property is within walking distance of all the Markets , Beach and Night Clubs. Our Best Stay in Vietnam.

Friendly, helpful, clean very good value for money

Greet location, close to the river and son tra market. The area is quite local and lots of places to eat, buy things.
