السادة إدارة الفندق المحترمين،

أود أن أرفع إليكم شكوى رسمية بخصوص تعامل موظف الاستقبال السيد/ محمد راشد. عند وصولي للفندق طلبت موقفاً للسيارة كما هو مثبت في حجزي عبر برنامج بوكينج، إلا أن الموظف رد عليّ بطريقة غير لائقة، حيث قال إنه لا يوجد موقف متاح وأشار لي أن أوقف السيارة في أي مكان، بل ووجهني إلى المواقف الترابية بشكل استفزازي.

هذا الرد غير مقبول إطلاقاً ويخالف أبسط قواعد التعامل المهني مع النزلاء، خاصة وأنني كنت قد طلبت موقفاً مسبقاً ضمن الحجز. إن مثل هذا التصرف يسيء إلى سمعة الفندق ويؤثر سلباً على تجربة النزلاء.

أرجو منكم التحقيق في هذا الموضوع واتخاذ الإجراءات اللازمة لضمان عدم تكرار مثل هذا السلوك، والحفاظ على مستوى الخدمة الذي يليق بسمعة الفندق.
