Room was spacious. There were kitchen with fridge in the room and freezer in the common area, which was helpful for us as we traveled with a small baby

Zimmer im Innenhof, Einbauküche

Cons:

Kopfkissen, Kühlschrank laut, kein Licht im Zimmer Mitte, leider keine Utensilien im Schuhschrank, wie z.B. Schulöffel, Fäden und Nadel.
Für zwei Personen sollte genug Gläser vorhanden sein, nicht nur für eine Person.

Tolles Hotel für einen Städtetrip

Tolle Ausstattung, Zimmer sehr groß und modern.

Cons:

Die Qualität und Sauberkeit beim Frühstück könnte noch besser sein. Obst war teilweise sehr überreif, Geschirr nicht ganz sauber und fürs Brot schneiden fehlte das Tuch, damit nicht jeder das Brot direkt berührt.

Schönes Hotel mit Apartments, leider unterbesetzt

Nette Mitarbeiterin an der Rezeption.

Cons:

Das Personal tut mir etwas leid, wirkt unterbesetzt in diesem Hotel. Habe angerufen und wollte mich nach meiner Stornierungsanfrage und Rechnung erkundigen, mir wurde gesagt man sei alleine und kommt mit dem Beantworten nicht hinterher. Reservierung konnte telefonisch auch nicht helfen.
Es ist leider ein aktueller Trend, dass kein oder nicht qualifiziertes Personal gefunden werden kann und somit der Kundenservice darunter leidet - gleichzeitig bleiben aber die Preise gleich oder höher.
