Schönes Hotel mit Apartments, leider unterbesetzt

Nette Mitarbeiterin an der Rezeption.

Cons:

Das Personal tut mir etwas leid, wirkt unterbesetzt in diesem Hotel. Habe angerufen und wollte mich nach meiner Stornierungsanfrage und Rechnung erkundigen, mir wurde gesagt man sei alleine und kommt mit dem Beantworten nicht hinterher. Reservierung konnte telefonisch auch nicht helfen.
Es ist leider ein aktueller Trend, dass kein oder nicht qualifiziertes Personal gefunden werden kann und somit der Kundenservice darunter leidet - gleichzeitig bleiben aber die Preise gleich oder höher.

Polvere ovunque, frigo rumoroso, soggiorno stressante e costoso.

Eravamo in tre (2+1), durante la prenotazione ho inserito i dati di noi tutti e tre, e mi è stata proposta sistemazione "letto matrimoniale+divano letto, bambino soggiorna gratis". All'arrivo ci hanno detto che il divano-letto deve essere pagato extra e che il "bambino soggiorna gratis" deve dormire nel letto con i genitori. Ma a cosa serve chiedere età del bambino durante la prenotazione, se non per capire che a 10 anni non si dorme più in tre! Ho ceduto e ho pagato extra, ma il divano-letto era durissimo e sporco, perciò abbiamo dovuto lo stesso dormire in tre nel lettone...

Da evitare.

Zimmerausstattung war gut. Anbindung mit dem Auto auch sehr gut.

Cons:

Frühstück war im Vergleich zu anderen Elaya Hotels schwach. Personal war desinteressiert. Bad roch etwas unangenehm.

Alles in allem war es ein angenehmer Aufenthalt, die Möglichkeit gemeinschaftliche Bereiche (Küche, Sitzbereich, Tischkicker) nutzen zu können ist ein tolles Angebot im Hotel.

Cons:

Die Sauberkeit hat ein wenig gefehlt, vor allem in den gemeinschaftlich nutzbaren Bereichen. Die Badlüftung im Zimmer 209 war etwas laut.

Pros:

Wir waren nur kurz da.
Aber es fehlte an nichts.
Personal stets freundlich, Zimmer sehr geräumig.

Cons:

Nicht gefallen hat das Angebotene Frühstück.
Es fehlte stets an Geschirr und Bestecke.
Auch das Angebot war nicht ganz ansprechend. Man wurde aber satt.

No repito. Sucio, ruidoso, poca calidad. No relación precio con lo que ofrecen.
Pros:

La cocina en la habitación, bien equipada.

Cons:

Muy sucio todo. La habitación estaba llena de polvo, pelusas, el baño con pelos por todas partes. No habían repuesto tisúes en el baño, ni papel de cocina, ni lavavajillas.
Íbamos en equipo con varias habitaciones. Y la limpieza y falta de repuesto era general en todas.

El frigorífico y ventilación extra ruidoso.

Las cortinas no son opacas (aunque parecen en las fotos), así es que entra mucha luz a las 6.00 de la mañana.

En el desayuno tuvimos que compartir tazón porque solo tienen 12 para todo el hotel 😳

La calidad de la comida en el desayuno muy baja, además de verdura fresca pasada que se notaba que era desayuno otro día.
