Очень хороший отель , сотрудники отеля очень вежливые и всегда готовы помочь , отдельное спасибо Орхан бею за его помощь .Локация удобная , вблизи Crescent mall и Каспий.Завтраки вкусные и разнообразные.Однозначно советую выбрать это отель

مع الأسف كان تعامل الموظفين غير مقبول وصلت الفندق الساعه 1 وتم مماطلتنا حتى الساعه 3 بحجة ان الغرفه تنظف وأعتقد النظافه

First of all, I would like to thank Vasif and his colleague at the reception for their warm welcome, even at 5:00 a.m. Their kindness and professionalism made a great first impression. I would also like to express my special thanks to the cleaning lady for her excellent work and attention to detail throughout my stay.

Secondly, the hotel was excellent in every respect. The cleanliness was outstanding, the location was very convenient, the breakfast was delicious and varied, and the room was spacious and comfortable. Overall, I had a wonderful experience and would highly recommend this hotel.
