Good size rooms.

This place is exceptionally clean
Katie on the front desk was exceptionally friendly and the communication was good. The only complaint I would have is the water pressure …as there is none.

A well located apartment in central Maroochydore close to Sunshine Plaza and beaches
We had a minor issue with beds which was sorted promptly.
The apartment is well appointed with good views and importantly very clean

Room was dirty
Old food left in microwave for who knos how long
Finger nails all around the room

Property is in a great location, easy parking and property manager was super helpful.

This property was fantastic !! The room was awesome it was clean, the view was awesome, the staff were awesome and so polite and helpful. Thank you guys we will be staying here every time we visit the Sunny Coast !! 👍👍

Great location, room was nice and clean. Had a seamless out of hours check in. Issues with room were raised however were not resolved and never got any feedback or a response on the issues raised.

Clean, great location, fantastic food options all walkable distance.
The receptionists was brilliant, friendly and extremely helpful, gave great suggestions of what to do and were to go.

The apartment block and units seem very nice, but the execution of the experience was quite poor.

Dreadful check in experience with an outsourced call centre demanding every personal detail under the sun to let you into the building late at night, to a dirty and smelly bathroom in addition to many other niggles in the apartment including a floor lamp which only worked sometimes, it seems the apartments are being let down by those who manage them.

Passable if you get a good deal. Also a shame as the location is very good, nice to be able to walk to the shopping centre.

Just to clarify also for anyone else not familiar with the area, the aforementioned rhythm isn't particularly near the beach.

We had a great stay at this apartel. Great location, close to restaurants and shopping, easy walk to the river and short drive to the beach. Great value fur money for a two-bedroom apartment with 2 bathrooms! The premises itself was clean, bedrooms spacious, beds comfortable. A gem at the heart of the city.

There was hair in the bathroom.

There was an awful smell in the room for my entire stay. From the moment you walk in the room, it seemed like the smell was coming from bathroom drain affected the whole area.

Very tidy unit, comfortable beds, very good stay

It was really good, the staff at the front counter were so friendly and helpful. Our stay was awesome, would definitely come back again!
