Izuzetno smo zadovoljni osobljem i uslugom. Doručak ima određene nedostatke. Preporučujem.
Pros:

Izuzetno ljubazno osoblje uvijek spremno pomoći, sve pohvale! Čiste i korektne sobe za cijenu, dvije televizije s mogućnosti spajanja na Youtube. Besplatan hotelski Wi-Fi. S jedne strane hotela nalazi se more, a s druge strane gradske ulice sa razno raznim sadržajima od poznatih fast food lanaca, trgovina, restorana, suvenirnica itd... Taxi od aerodroma do hotela smo platili 70€ (cca 35min), a za povratak na aerodrom smo zamolili recepcionera ako nam može srediti taxi; za istu smo cijenu (70€) dobili privatnog vozača koji je bio profesionalno dotjeran i Mercedes E-Klasu. Vozač nam je dao mobitel da si puštamo glazbu, te je bez pitanja pojačao zvuk glazbe. Na trenutak smo se osjećali kao VIP osobe čime smo jako pozitivno iznenađeni.

Cons:

Tri stvari kojima nismo previše zadovoljni, ali ne utječu na naše sveukupno iskustvo:
1. Doručak - Ako želite talijansko iskustvo, to je taj doručak koji ste tražili. Međutim, većina namirnica je slatko i šećer ujutro natašte. Krafne, kroasani, marmelada, kolači čija kvaliteta baš i nije na nivou. Bila su tri pladnja šunke, salame i sira, što je spasilo stvar.
2. Wi-Fi je relativno loš i nestaje na trenutke. Bilo je i privremenih problema s mobilnim podacima, zbog lošeg signala.
3. Treće i malo manje važno - ako provodite puno vremena na balkonu kao što smo mi, stolice su dosta tvrde i bez jastuka.

Jedna stvar koja nama nije smetala, ali mogla bi onima koji čitaju ovu recenziju jest blizina glavne prometnice koja prolazi do hotela. Konstantni promet daje dojam da grad ,,živi", ali buka i hitna pomoć koja prolazi svakih 5 minuta može biti dosta iritantna. Zvučna izolacija nije baš najbolja.

Personal muy atento, bien umbicado (no es excelente pero bien umbicado). La habitacion, nos deran creo un upgrade, era bastante grande ( pero ni todas son así).

Cons:

No es muy silencioso, hay una calle bastante movimentada justo en frente y un bar al lado ( si la habitacion es lateral se escucha mucho). Había tambien mucho ruido como si estubiean moviendo mesas o camas arriba. Pero creto que la planta de arriba ya no pertence al hotel. El desayuno es mediano, podía estar mejor.

Pros:

Accoglienza eccellente, struttura moderna curata, con una area prima colazione dedicata peraltro completa salata e dolce ed un ottimo latte macchiato. Spaziosa e confortevole la camera pulita con un bagno e doccia perfetti .

Pyszne śniadania, gościnność, zaangażowanie. Super załoga. Sympatyczni, oddani swojej pracy. Z całego serca mogę polecić ten hotel. Francesco oraz reszta załogi spisali sie na medal. Dzięki nim cała nasza rodzina czuła się zaopiekowana i bezpieczna.

Cons:

Nie mieliśmy żadnych złych wrażeń. Ktoś może narzekać na jakis brak warzyw, czy na to ze moze byc głośno od strony ulicy, ale nam nic nie przeszkadzało. Śniadania byly pyszne, pokój zadbany, a okna mieliśmy od podwórka, więc nie bylo żadnych problemów.

Das Personal war sehr freundlich. Wir konnten vor dem check-in unser Gepäck im Hotel lassen und es wurde uns dann direkt auf das Zimmer gebracht.

Cons:

Die Zimmer sind leider sehr hellhörig. Wir haben sowohl die Straße als auch die anderen Hotelbewohner ständig hören können.
