Beklentilerimi karşıladı. Temiz, klimalı, rahat bir hotel.

İlk odada klima çalışmıyordu daha küçük başka bir odaya alındım. Tuvalet temiz değildi. Oda küçük, yol kenarı olduğu için gürültü var.

Konumu çok iyi otopark sorunu yaşamadım. Personel çok nazik ve ilgili. Odalar biraz küçüktü, belki benimki öyleydi. Ana yola bakan tarafta daha fazla trafik gürültüsü olabilir. Ancak genelde olumlu bir deneyim. Fiyat kalite dengesi oldukça iyi.

Accueil très souriant sans problème. Très propre.

Great location, super friendly and helpful staff. The hotel is not as new with basic room. Overall good and will recommend.

Havlular lekeli olduğu için çarşaflara karşı da negatif bir hissiyat oluşturuyor. Su kireçli. Sabun çok vasat duruyor. Odanın genel durumu eh işte. Temizlik bakımından çok kötü değil.

Really nice hotel, good breakfast, amazing staff (I haven't met such a nice receptionist in a long time, but everyone was really nice and helpful). Overall really pleasant stay, definitely would recomend.

Her şeyden memnun kaldık. Otogara yakın, Bayramyerine yakın ama meydana biraz uzak. Yine de oda vs. her şey güzeldi. Kahvaltıda filtre kahve olmaması üzdü 😅

Fiyat performans oteli. Çalışan personel çok ilgili, güler yüzlü. Hepsine ayrı ayrı teşekkürler. Otele giriş işlemleri çok hızlı sekilde yapılıyor. Otopark sorunu yok. Girişte aracın anahtarı teslim alınıyor, otopark için saat sınırlaması yok. Kahvaltı çeşidi çok, ürünler güzel. Biz ailecek memnun kaldık. Personel özveriyle, güleryüzle calışıyor. Teşekkür ederiz.

Alt var ganske greit, hyggelige betjening og service innstilte var de. Frokosten ble derimot litt ødelagt da en lokal skulle absolutt se på tv'en under frokosten. De ble litt for høy lyd og kke særlig god stemning blant oss.

The property was in excellent condition and a recent renovation has been completed with very good materials and craftsmanship. The staff was extremely helpful and I do empathize all the staff involved in the operation of Napa hotel was a pleasure to interact with. We were always greeted with a smile and an eagerness to help.
The breakfast was exceptional with a wide choice of breakfast fare. I would recommend the Napa hotel to any traveler. We will return in the future.

The staff was very kind and helped us a lot. The breakfast was rich and we could have breakfast for a long time. It was a great stay.

We enjoyed staying at the Napa Otel. Located near the train and bus stations, we were able to enjoy shopping and eating in town while making a day trip to Pamukkale/ Hierapolis.

The buffet breakfast was very good, lots of variety and always well stocked.The room itself was clean, comfortable, and quiet. The air conditioner worked was great, and the wi-fi worked uninterruptedly. It we were back in Denizli, we would stay again.

Not as clean as could be, floors were particularly dirty where not covered by carpet. Also it was very annoying to have to constantly empty the AC water drain pipes (dripped into plastic bottles in the bathroom), we had to get up even in the middle of the night to empty the bottles 3-4 times otherwise the bottles would fill up and spill all over the bathroom floor. Otherwise, rooms were big and spacious and conveniently located.
