I was told this hotel is non-smoking. We paid upon arrival, there was loud music and smoking, he had an Asthma, being allergic to smoke, nobody was at the reception and he sat in his car trying to contact the hotel, to discuss his options or get a refund. Nobody called him for 40 mins due to his condition we had to make different arrangements. They didn't refund the money and nor did they try to rectify the situation. This hotel should get a 2 star rating instead of 4 star.

This property is on expo centre road, so hardly took me 2 mins to reach there. Had a very pleasant stay with wholesome continental and indian breakfast.
The hotel is at good location, easily accessible by road. The ambience , cleaniless, was awesome. The property is well mainataned.the housekeeping staff is so courteous.

Food quality was not good . They have semi trained cook and some times they brought food from any outside vendor and served after reheating.
Staff was. a bit lazy, slow service/room service in many cases.
